Kind of odd location for a farm store. I was looking for a flannel hoodie while I was recently in the area. Purchased a nice one at this location. Also shopped around. All the employees seem to be very busy and not particularly friendly.I did see a smurfy looking little electric log splitter! It Would not do well at my place at all.

It's like a tractor supply but better and cheaper in some ways - worth a stop in for hardware, farm and garden supplies and equipment. if you can't find it at Home Depot or Lowe's this should be your next stop .. maybe your first.

Called to see if they had the part I needed gave them a part number they said oh yes we have that drove to make it to the store got there a half hour after I called drove 30 miles to find out they didn’t have the part what a waste of time and money for nothing that’s why I called to begin with got to the store impossible to get help they where standing around laughing and carting on no customer service period

Store is always clean and well stocked. Prices have sky rocketed over the last year. 31.99 for some fly spray you can get for 19.99 online.

All good. Did not have what I was needing (step for rear trailer hitch reciever). But store was well stocked, clean, and as usual... hard to find assistance from staff (hard to find staff other than check-out period)... but once located, they promptly informed me they don't carry hitch reciever accessories (like step). Found at Harbor Freight just down the road. I'll be back again!

Rang up my order 120 more than it was and overdrew my account. They covered the fees but forced me to return items and inconvenience of waiting to get my almost 300 dollars back. Oh yeah, the cashier that made the mistake refused to apologize in front of the manager. Very awkward. Last time I buy workbooks here and will recommend to everyone I know not to shop there

I am always impressed with the friendly staff here. It was well staffed and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly - it sure seems like they don't mind being there. I hope it means the company treats them well - they are all great!I especially enjoy stopping by when they have the baby chickens 🐣🐥. I can't resist the cute!We also picked up two of the most adorable rabbits a few weeks ago - they keep getting cuter!Love this place!

We were looking for a steel dump cart and the employee who helped us was outstanding. Her name is Sunshine and she didn't have exactly what we were wanting, so she found a store in Niles that did and had them hold one so we could pick it up. It is such a rarity anymore to actually get such great customer service from someone who seems happy to be able to help you.

This location always has a great selection on everything from clothing, boots, horse feed, tools, etc. If we need it, it's here. Competitive pricing. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I prefer Berne brand over Carhartt, and I'm really glad that they carry their products and that they are often times on sale! I wish we had one of these in South Haven, but the 30 minute drive isn't that bad to get here. 5/5 stars recommend.

Great place. Bought a generator pretty much over the phone and I went there got it,, load it up no problem in-and-out easy as pie! They have everything we need.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and great products too! We have a dog whose stomach only agrees with one brand of food. We couldn't find the food anywhere except Menards in South Haven, but we discovered it's sold here! Plus they have a great rewards program!
