Horrible.My family member went to pick up some things for me and ended up losing fifty bucks to the shady manager. She watched him void the transaction after she left the building. This was after they lied to her and said it wasn't going through on their end. Horrible people. Horrible store.

I called looking for an item and a young man answered the phone and was so nice and helpful that it impressed me greatly so I wanted to give him a shout out ..I'm going to mess his name up but it was something like Xavier or xavoius?he was working at about 8 pm on 4-1-24 at the benton harbor location..excellent customer service

Looked nice from the outside but handwritten note on front door at 2pm said they were Closed today. From the looks of these reviews... Looks like this is common at this location. I was going to go back tomorrow, but I'm not going to drive 2 towns over for a store to possible be closed for no reason. Why is management ok with this? Why has no one higher up complained?

I must say this is the biggest store of Dollar tree I have visited so far. I bought aluminum baking tray and round ice moulds just for a $1 each. I liked shopping around. My only suggestion is they should stock more female cosmetic items.

Very large store, not very clean or organized but i was able to find exactly what i needed. Staff was very friendly and greated us at the door.

Doors still not open at 9:10am. Multiple people have been waiting and leaving. Some of us do have other places to be, why have business hours you cannot accommodate. I hope whoever was suppose to be here is safe and well.

They have a hand written sign on the door that says "closed today"....that sign has been there every time I have stopped by. Lights are on, but nobody is home

It was packed with people, lines were long and each register had a worker. I call that great preparation. It always has great deals as everything is a dollar. Certain sections could have been more organized to make it easier to find things. However, they need exceptional with what they got.

I love going to this store and seeing the ladies in there they are so nice and helpful. They try to run the whole store alone and I have witnessed the disrespect these ladies be getting from some people and they are so professional and nice . Every day I go in there these girls make me smile. They just need more good , hard working people like them .

Went in barely anything on some of the shelves. They did have a little table set up by the carts, to go online to fill out and application. Hiring all positions. The cashier Lynn was wonderful.They desperately need help.

Yes, you can't beat everything for a $1 but the staff is not friendly. Cashier never said hi or anything. I said hi to her and she just ignored me. She just throw my items in bags. Never said the amount I owe, she acted like she was mad because she had to work. The cashier treated my mom the same way. I told the cashier that she had a serious attitude and she was very disrespectful! She looked at me in complete shocked that I called her out!

Bought 6 item's and was completely ignored by the seven employees, and I'm sure one was the manager. Poor service as usual and not one of these 7 employees wanted to be bothered by an annoying paying customer, money in my hand and no one would take it. I also told them they could put all my stuff back when they had the time.I find other customers here seem to be rude. Unless your the same. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS..

Visited the Dollar Tree store for the first time and purchased four items. ALL of the items were defective. Went back to the store for a refund and was told that they only do an exchange for more things ... which might not work. Obviously wasn't happy with my first, and last, visit. Was told that it says on my receipt that only an exchange for other items is possible ... however, telling me this AFTER my purchase (on the receipt) is yet another sign of horrible customer service.

honestly this dollar tree is somtimes great and somtimes not so good. for example the people working there are sweet most of the time but one day they over-charged me. and one thing is a couple of isles are not so clean.

My favorite store Benton Harbor Dollar Tree!It’s been a hard year with covid 19The store is making a come back .Sometimes is completely stocked and sometimes it’s almost empty .

You can't beat things that are a 1$ at dollar tree. Granted this a glorified thrift store you'd hope that even of it is cheap that things would be clean. Their coolers were not clean and had black mold in it.

If you are in the need for anything , and don't have a lot of money to spend this place is for you ! Everything in the whole store is only $1.00 , you can find anything from food , to cleaning supplies , to reading glasses , to dishes ,books , cards , games toys , ECT. This store has it all , so today I'm giving it a thumbs up ! 👍
