A great place to shop, and save a few bucks. The service was great, and I found some really helpful items here. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to update their home. They did wonders for mine.

It's true. I love this store and have been faithfully shopping there over a decade. The monthly deals are perfect as the prices stay right. I get what I need when I need it. The quality is good as I still have furniture that has lasted and lasted. The staff has always been helpful even though they do turn over quite a bit.

If you want to find cheap really interesting products then come to five below.For example: I bought this bluetooth 3 hour lasting rainbow color changing aux speaker for only 5$! And the sound quality surprisingly Is really well

The staff here are always helpful! I tell them what I'm looking for, what I need and they tell me the best thing that would work. They always make sure to get all the info before a decision is finalized. I highly recommend this place!

I had never been to this chain here before, and didn't know what to expect. I was so impressed! The company/store itself has everything you need to decorate your home. And crazy low prices, I bought way more than I thought I would but my checkout price was the same as anywhere. The staff was AMAZING! I was helped with everything I needed. They were so cheerful too! The store was well organized, well stocked, all items were facing out properly, and it was clean. Floors, glass, carts - all of it. I didn't need to use the restroom while I was there, but I would be shocked if it wasn't just as clean as everything else. And lastly, just to emphasize, they were so nice and accommodating. They made this a wonderful experience.

I've never been a fan of Big Lots but the staff at the store, mainly Esperanza knocked it out of the park. I'd actually be willing to pay a bit more for the customer service she offered there. Very helpful!!

This location is pretty organized and clean. The workers are generally friendly and always willing to help. Great prices too! You can find a lot here. I can come in for 1 item and leave with 20.

THEY DONT HAVE THE VARIETIES THEY USE TO BUT THE WORKERS ARE STILL AWESOME! ALWAYS WELCOMING ME INTO THE STORE AND WISHES ME WELL ON THE WAY OUT. GOOD ASSISTANCE IF YOU NEED HELP FINDING SOMETHING AND PLANS FOR THEIR FURNITURE IF YOU CANT OR JUST DONT WANT TO PAY IT ALL AT ONCE.

Wife and I were in the store about 3 weeks ago trying out mattresses. Well after a few I got off one mattress and she got on to it. All the sudden as soon as my wife was in motion of laying down, the bed frame collapsed! Her leg and hip are bruised and scrapped up from the collapse. Their Manager and employee really didn't care as the wrote out the incident report. To our surprise the employee in the furniture department admitted the rigged the frame cause it was broken and instructed to put back together despite being broken. We have yet to hear from their General Manager or Corporate office. We just may never enter another Big Lots just because of this incident. Customer Service is horrible and they don't care!

Rude employees, horrible customer service, and most of the stuff they "sell" they don't have in stock...just floor models they won't sell or even try to order for you. Stay away from the Benton Harbor, go to Niles, Portage, even Mishawaka Big Lots instead.

Terrible there was two ladies at the checkout who were very rude and not helpful at all and the one older lady was a manager I'm pretty sure so you would think she would be helpful but she was just rude and didn't wanna listen to me at all so I just left all my items at the register and left. Never coming back.

Okay so I was checking out the mattresses just for curiosity since we had looked at mattresses at a mattress store. Went to lay down to check out the firmness and there was a small bug walking on the mattresses.. Don't know what a bed bug looks like but yep stopped looking at mattresses.

Man Big lots has stepped up their game, great layout, great products but seem understaffed as the presentation of the products has a picked through garage sale feel. Poor recovery at close

Desk has two broken pieces upon opening the box and no one answers the customer service number listed in the instructions. Farmhouse 2 tone symmetric desk not usable! Dont buy!

Rude, rude, rude! My husband and I have bought numerous pieces of furniture from the benton harbor big lots and usually have no issue. Today we bought a couch, recliner, end table and ottoman from them, we get them home and both the ottomon and couch have rips in them, straight from the packaging. We were able to return the ottoman but because the couch was so hard to get into the house we told them we would keep it but would like reimbursement for the damage on it. To put it bluntly the woman manager on duty today was rude, unhelpful and basically told us we either return it or deal with the damage. For how much money we've spent in this particular store you'd think they'd know we could afford to go elsewhere but yet choose to come back because we used to like shopping there. We've had issues with her in the past being very rude to us, we're on the verge of returning everything, which cost over $800 and going to a real furniture store where we can be treated with respect and get furniture that's not been ruined by careless employees.

Good place to get nice furniture for cheaper. Love going to big lots just to see what kind of stuff they have there. Usually end up getting more stuff than originally planned
