I was told over the phone that I would only be charged for half an hours labor on my chain saw that ended up being totaled. When I got there they charged me for a full hour. 75$ to be informed I need to buy a new saw. I will not be returning.

Place is very well stocked. The customer service is also amazing. I needed specific pieces for a stihl weed Wacker and they were able to sell me just the pieces I was missing rather than an entire package with pieces I already had. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.
