Local resident. The bottle return today 2 can machines not working. The other had a line. When I go in the store one cashier working hard. Throughout the store other employees chit chatting and the most irritating was the manager not having one of them go and take care of the can machine.

Most horrible grocery store experience of my life. Only 2 cashiers working on a busy summer afternoon moving at an absolutely glacial pace. Nightmarish self checkout experience with the most finicky, temperamental robot I’ve ever encountered, which constantly reverted to “help is on the way”. Took 40 minutes to checkout. Not to mention everything was over priced. I will never be back.

Great place for the grocery concerns..they even have a deli that serves good fried chicken..tourists love this place to handle all their vacation concerns ..whiskey.beer..wine and chips and everything else you would ever need!!

Mandatory I'd for beer I'm nearly 60 and live in Bellaire. Shop at store regularly but don't buy beer often.i will not show my id to some kid.Will never shop at store again. I was in store 2 or 3 times weekly all year roundIf you want my business abolish the rule of gov watch dog. If not I'm happy at Meijer

Small supermarket with a good selection of almost anything. If you're on vacation and looking for something fun for the kids, or decorations for your lake condo they have a little of it all.Great Selection of local craft beer and a decent wine and liquor selection also. The building itself showed a little age and wear but the store was clean and well organized during my visit.

Overpriced and expired products. Some bottles of juice seals are broken or have no seal at all.Something's non sale and when you go to check out they charge full price. To many cashier s sitting around doing nothing.Really not a big fan of this market.But only option we have here in Bellaire.

Very helpful cashier employees. They all had great attitudes when i came through the check outs. Also great fire wood. We got firewood at the gas station down the road and it was wet. Started getting it from family fare and it burned to perfection, Nice and dry.

Decent small town supermarket. Clean safe and good food, adequate choices. To get the sale price you have to join their store rewards/sale card. Normal prices were within reason. About what you'd expect. Store staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of registers for check-out but on our visit only 2 were open making a line to checkout.

We were staying in town for the week and visited this store a few times. Donna the cashier and Raven were very polite and friendly. The store was clean and stocked shelves. Even had my favorite Oliver Wine from Indiana, lol. Very clean bathrooms and always had buggies available. Thank you very much!

They didn't have 2 of the 3 simple items I needed, and the cashier was anything but willing to help me find them. I was there just after 9pm, so she wasn't busy and there was maybe 1 other shopper in the whole store 🤷🏻‍♀️

Self checkout wasn’t working. So I switched and and didn’t work. The chaos caused me to forget my $50 cash back and the machine didn’t tell me. Someone behind me took it. Had I not been messing with the register I would not have forgot my money. What is worse the store didn’t care not apologize. Also the guy behind me is a crook by not telling me

Local tip : if you buy groceries here then go to BP next door to get gas . Use your receipt and get 5 cents off. If you spend a lot. I have got 75 cents off. When diesel was $5.96This grocery store has some great nice people.Please be respectful you never know who is struggling. Just smile and make their day.

May I don’t think the bathrooms have been updated since the store was a Prevo’s. Every time I go to the restroom there I feel like I’m back in the 90s. When family fare bought it from Glens and didn’t redo the bathrooms I was furious. If you owned a commercial business your bathrooms are one of the most important parts of that and that just shows you don’t care.I recently went to try their pharmacy. I don’t have insurance and I went to get a script that was about 200 bucks without insurance. I went to the pharmacy and they told me they still had too offload it off the truck. They informed me that I was going to be expensive but they’re gonna give me some discount. That sounded great but they wouldn’t tell me how much it would cost after the discount…. And the lady at the pharmacy window was a talker.. I spent about 10 minutes waiting for her.. I ended up going to Myers where I had a good RX card that knocked my script down to 25 bucks and I could see it in the app!! I am very willing to drive extra for that kind of service! Unfortunately this establishment does not accept a good RX.. So I had to drive 25 mi to get my script. This is OK because the pharmacy wouldn’t tell me the price. I believe transparency is good in the healthcare system and when I don’t see it I leave.Prices are high here.I only shop here for the convenience of it being local. Raven is only thing stopping me from getting this a one star review versus a two. She is an awesome cashier keep her and value her and give her a raise probably!Also figure out what you have to do is keep all three of your self checkout lanes working!!! I went in there for one item last night and had to wait because lanes were blocked I’m guessing they were broke there was a line and the one and only one cashier the manager was talking to the cashier until she saw me visibly annoyed and then she rang me up…

"NO Customer requests/service allowed".. According to what I was told, they are not allowed to make a request for something to be put in the store." Only Corporate is allowed to do that, sorry". this store gets worse not better. Prices are ridiculously high and many shelves empty.However, Cashiers are always polite, friendly and helpful, have been shopping here for 30 years...

Though it is always clean and well kept i think prices are way high. Everything seems higher than i find at home. Though i know beef costs have gone up, all items seem way high. Your card does help some, but you either have to be way savvy or must supplement what you buy here with dollar general. If Aldis can do it so can you.

Good local store and very nice people but the prices are outrageous. Spending double on stuff only makes sense if you dont want to drive 45 min to the meijer in Gaylord. Good for quick trips with a few items but if you are planning a long stay and dont want to pay extra you may want to make the trip.

The store is very seldom stocked anymore, they are always out of everything. Most of the tellers are rude. I don't feel like I need to put effort into being acknowledge like that, it's rude honestly. Never was like that when I was a kid... Time gave changed

Cashiers were friendly.Shelves were full.Had everything I went in for.But I feel for the community there. I get it, the Bellaire store gets alot of seasonal traffic but i feel the prices there are way high for the local community.I think they should get some sort of discount at check out.

Interesting. Every time I visit and use the self check out, the clerk that has to clear a register stop just comes in without speaking. At times, this person wears a sweater over their name tag and seems to be a random, hostile person walking into my personal space without social distancing.With or without a visible name tag, this practice strikes me as extremely odd. WHY would any employee come to assist a customer without saying "Hello"???!?They come close to me without saying ANYTHING at all or making ANY eye contact.Family Fare, I expect better. Treating your customers like a nuisance is not in your best interest.

Bellaire deserves better. Locals call it "Family Unfair" to give you an idea. Their prices are unusually high on the most mundane items, and straight criminal on others like meat. Also, it's impossible to do returnables - last time, there was one machine broken, one machine that wasn't scanning barcodes correctly, and one working machine (with a line to use it). I'll end this review by saying that none of this is the employees fault - theyre all very helpful. Shame on the people who own/manage this store. Bellaire. Deserves. Better.
