Visited Bellaire Smokehouse today for the first time after it was highly recommended. The fresh salmon was simply amazing! We prepared it with their homemade coleslaw and German potato salad. In addition to this, we purchased Dirk's Wurst, Smoked Polish and Beef Summer Sausage. Jeff was awesome and Karen has assembled an incredible wine selection. If you're going to Bellaire, bring a cooler and stop by the Bellaire Smokehouse. You'll be glad you did!

A nice small local place with local fish and some meats, wines, and beers. The person there was very nice and informative, I bought some fresh whitefish fillets while my friend bought an entire smoked whitefish for the holidays. A great place for some local fish and treats!

I've known the owners and their family since I was 4 years old, they've always treated me like I'm one of their own. Great cuts of meat perfect for whatever meal you have planned. They have a wide selection of wine and craft beers that pair perfectly with everything they sell. Various cheeses, crackers and seafood. I'll never get tired of what they have in their store and highly recommend to anyone. Awesome experience in every way.

Our destination shopping stop from our vacation rental in Alden. For whitefish pate especially and also for whitefish sausages and their smoked fish. Quality meats, too. Been going there for over 30 years.

Stopped in on a whim on our way back down south to get some picnic stuff. Got whitefish pate, smoked salmon and fish sausage. Wow. I didn't know if we'd like the fish sausage but it was a huge hit! Now looking at the website I'm kicking myself for not buying more smoke meat. Next time I guess!

I have been to this smoke house 2 times so far and wish I'd have known of there services sooner.iv bought steak from them and it was top of the line cuts and they also gave my Don and I a sample of there pizza flavored sausage and it was sooooo good I would recommend them with 20 stars if I could

I've been stopping here with my mom every time we come see my grandparents for nearly my entire life! Now I'm 22, and it is still a MUST when we come up. Only now we have multiple people call us to bring them down some smoked fish when we come home! It is that good. We have to bring a huge cooler every time now just to fit the demand of family and friends who also need their Bellaire fish fix! You can not skip passed this place, you'll miss an absolute gem. Definitely worth the stop in every way. Great selection, great people, and fair pricing. Can't ask for much more! See yall again next year!

Bellaire smoke house is expensive but they make fabulous smoked Great Lakes fish. Their smoked Lake Superior whitefish is awesome. The smoked whitefish and trout spread is great. Their service is always good. They even sell Bitburger beer (bottled). The smokehouse is worth a separate trip if you are anywhere near the Torch Lake area.

Great place to shop for smoked meats. Stopped in to check the place out and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of smoked meats that were available. Prices were extremely reasonable and a great value. Loaded up on smoked trout, Hungarian salami and smoked beef sticks (packaged in a about 30” lengths). My total was only $23.00. The staff is welcoming and friendly, so give them a try when you’re up in Bellaire Michigan.

There is always something cooking here but this year in particular the smoker salmon was the best I have ever had (I'm from Seattle and get my fish straight from Alaska).Store is very COVID friendly and the staff as always are wonderful. A must when you are up north.

I have been going here since i was a little girl with my dad. Love the family that runs the business. I always seem to get the jerky which is the best around and some of there dips. Oh and if your grilling out you can't forget about getting there brats. They are super yummy.

What nice people they are here.We made it there about three minutes after they were supposed to close but were invited in with a nice big smile.My husband loves their fish dip and is happy when it lasts so long in refrigerator.A lot of other goodies in the store make it worth the little trip down the alley to find it.

Omg, stop here if you can. Wow the smoked fish and meat choices are incredible. The raw red meat choices are also amazing. But in the end I felt I was in a high end wine shop. Awesome place.

We visit a friend at torch lake every year and this place is the first stop we make. The smoked salmon is the best I have ever had and the white fish pate is also great! Sure wish they shipped product to Indy 😩

Had kids drop in unexpectedly. Called the Smoke House on memorial weekend to see if they any steaks left? The owner answered and said they were closed but what did I need .
