Very rude and unprofessional. I came in with a small dog on a leach and the owner YELLED at me in front of everyone and told me to get my dog out of his store!. Which I did and never will I go again in this horrible place.

Customer service was horrible, there was extremely loud inappropriate heavy metal music playing while I had my young son with me. Everything is extremely over priced. I left and went to the other hardware store down the road and the customer service was great and everything was reasonably priced.

I’m very thankful to have this store in town. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This place has saved us from having to drive to Gaylord or TC countless times! Three years of renovations on an old house with dozens of projects, we inevitably run into a situation where we need something we didn’t plan on and Bellaire Hardware always comes through!

I am a 75 yo female and bought 12 bags of mulch. After paying..stood there a bit.. finally asked counter person.."So I just go load it mysel?" He shook his head & said 'yes'. So I went out & loaded the 12 bags myself. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!

Returned a high pressure valve for propane hookups the package was cut open to get valve out. Product was the wrong fitting the shop did not have the right fitting so I just wanted my money back. Owner insulted me and my knowledge of products, after taking product back he was very aggressive and threw the still new not broken product hard in the trash saying who would buy this now anyway. Poor customer service

Had a really odd project that I needed to get done. I needed to get a bracket to mount a antique traffic light in my garage but I needed to get a bracket that would actually hold it turns out they didn't sell one. However that didn't stop them, they helped me devise my own bracket that would hold it. For them to go another route to help a customer come up with a creative solution for a problem that they were facing is the best example of customer service that I have seen in a very long time. They were very knowledgeable explaining each part and what it can do. I'll be coming back for my hardware and now engineering needs.

Everyone who works here knows their stuff. If they don't have something, they will be happy to research and order it for you if they can. They do screens, window repair and tool sharpening. Bonus: throughout the entire pandemic, they have REQUIRED their employees and patterns to wear a mask. Even offering free curbside service to those who don't want to wear one. Thank you for keeping your staff and your patrons safer!

Came into town to help with paint repair. Upon entering the store the vibe was far from welcoming! Needing paint (two gallons) not a minor purchase but close to $80. The younger kid helping was polite and did his best. The older gentleman with long beard was less than welcoming. Next time we are in Bellair and need anything from a hardware we will make the drive to the big box stores! Upon checkout the gentleman with the mohawk was friendly but hard for us to want to visit again when you know you are not welcomed and a burden. My 2 star would have been a 1 star but the other staff were pleasant.

I had a small repair project. They gave me practical advice to fix the issue without selling me anything. That's honesty.
