First time shopping at this location. Outside of store was not inviting. Was worse when I got inside. Asked to use the restroom before I started shopping and attendant looked me up and down and said no, go to grocery store. I couldn’t believe it. I said excuse me? She said we don’t have a public restroom. I’m thinking, it’s a public store? Who do you think is driving the business? I didn’t argue. I just left. I literally felt like I wasn’t appreciated as someone who decided to do business here instead of going somewhere else.

9/10/18 I've never been treated worse in my adult life by a professional than how I was treated today by the pharmacist (krysti) at Rite Aid. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. My prescription wasn't right and I had brought it to her attention when she became extremely upset/mad. It was my fault for apparently not being more specific which is fine. However, to be questioned and treated the way I was today is totally unsatisfactory and if I were her superior I would have fired her on the spot. Not how any professional should act or carry themselves and I'm truly offended.9/14/18 I'm switching pharmacies. I called Rite Aid this morning to see if my prescription was ready from when I had dropped it off 5 days ago. Krysti (pharmacist) now tells my that my medication is out of stock and that they only have 20 of the 30 pills that I need. Also that if I only take the 20 until they get a new order that it voids the remaining 10. Keep in mind I dropped this off a week ago!! I don't recommend anyone to use Rite Aid especially if you have chronic issues and need a responsible pharmacy.Sincerely, Charles Millwood

I don't normally do these but wow these other reviews, I have never had a bad experience with them they are always helpful. As for prices, its not like the store has a say in it, need to go after corporate for those issues.

These are the most incompitant people I have ever seen! I have never been able to fill a script here because they always seem to "lose" it. Worst pharmacy on earth. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Terrible customer service terrible knowledge. Terrible terrible terrible.
