Tends to be a bit pricey but they do have a lot of items not found elsewhere! Nice to have a well stocked store in the area. Prefer to go here now since the bigger stores upped their prices plus I like supporting my hometown.

Leppinks is a nice family owned store chain. They have a nice deli along with regular grocery items.

It's a small-town grocery store. The staff is always wonderful. The selection is limited. The prices are quite high considering the financial status of this community (Belding). A small rotisserie chicken will cost you $10-$11. You are paying for convenience though. In the middle of a snowstorm a 2-minute drive to Leppinks sure beats a 25-minute drive to Walmart!

They are well stocked and much better stocked than Walmart. Their prices are not that much higher than Walmart or meijer. Plus it's closer.

6yrs ago, the store was dark & dirty. Fast forward to today. Everything is bright & clean. New coolers installed last week. Isles wider & shelves organized. Not only makes shopping easier, but the staff is happier!!

Them people think they own the town. Maybe they do. I'll go to save a lot all day before I'll go there. Never fails every time I get home from leppinks check my receipt something is always wrong. Just have to watch the sale items ounces and it's terrible. One time I blew up over 87 cents. Cuz every time we go there always overcharged. For something always get screwed.

Nice small town grocery store with friendly staff. The selection was decent and the store seemed clean. I would give a higher rating, but the produce department is not good. We bought some greens and peppers for making a salad for a family gathering and had to throw most of the lettuce out. Many of the peppers were well past their prime.

It's the town grocer! I usually stop here for items I either forget elsewhere, or if I need an ingredient.They have a good selection of items, and the store is always pretty clean.Definitely recommend it if you want to stay in town or just need a few things!

I have shopped here many times. They can have specials that are taylored to the small family and the single person. Meat specials are frequent. I also enjoy their bulk Honeycrisp Apples.

Meijers is 10 minutes north from here. Absolutely worth the drive up there. Their vegetable selection is dismal, almost non-existent and what they did have wasn't very good. They are fine for just stopping in for one or two items, and junk food.

Decent place to shop if you don't want to go to Greenville Meijer/Walmart. Prices are higher but that's to be expected from a smaller chain. Really friendly staff and an awesome fresh deli selection. They do run good weekly sales to help offset the higher cost.

I haven't been here in years but I loved what I saw when I walked in for the first time in years. It's clean, they have made changes all around the store friendly staff and seems they have alot of choices in food and non food items to choose from in your everyday shopping. They actually had a product I had been looking for an I was surprised to see it there. So take a good look they might have what you need.

I've shopped Leppinks in Belding for over 30 yrs. I remember when they had clothing for sale & yarn and other crafting items. Then the movie section. I've always loved there kind service. The respect you get when shopping there. Everything is always clean and the store is laid out so nicely. Love the new make over. They accommodate the handicapped and are willing to help everyone with there needs.

Cool little hometown store with homemade treats, ice cream shop, and cool food products you won't find at your local big box stores. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get more items in the store. It had a lot of open and unused space that's not being used to its fullest potential. There's plenty of room to put out more merchandise. I see potential to make more capital which could then, be invested right back into the store, but the space is currently being wasted. However, that's not a complaint, just a business suggestion as I don't know their history so there could be an explanation for this (like they just opened, or they're closing, or they are going to remodel).

Belding store is very nice. I usually find exactly what I need. Cashiers are always pleasant. Now they have self serve check outs as well.

This used to be a great place to shop, but the prices are ridiculously expensive now, and the quality of the deli / bakery foods has gone down.

Yes, it's expensive. An 89 cent box of pasta at Wal-Mart can easily be double here. This isn't the store to do your bulk shopping at. That being said, I love Leppinks. It's incredibly convenient and the quality of their meat is second to none. Its a fantastic store that's only 3 blocks from my house and I can go there daily to pickup the 2-3 items I need to fill in the blanks for day. Never change Leppinks.

I love this store! I wish it was in our own little town! They carry all your needs so you don't have to go the the "big store" to get it! Shop local, it is great for the economy!

I really like going here they have a friendly staff and everyone is always willing to help you find what your looking for. The lunch deli is great and fresh. The reason for the 4 stars is they're a bit more expensive then other stores. I think that is because they are the only food store in Belding other then save a lot out on m91

I went shopping at leppinks tonight and had a very very poor experience there and this is not the first time. Their people that work there let me stand in line for over a half an hour waiting for some woman to decide that her car did not have enough money on it and so she went out to transfer money into her account... While the employees let me stand in line waiting and waiting until this girl came back.... They also opened another register and offered the person behind me to check out while leaving me standing there waiting....finally telling me that they could not cancel her order they had to wait for her to come back to pay for her things.... She had about $11 worth of merchandise and I think I had over $50 in merchandise.... I worked in retail for over 25 years and never ever treated any of my customers like that... I have been a customer before and have never been treated like that... I have had two poor experiences leppinks... Because they hire people that cannot do their jobs properly. I'm talking about ... number one they should have asked me before they talk to the person behind me to see if I wanted to check out in that opening Lane. When I talked to the manager she was not sympathetic, she was rude. I will be spending my money at places where they appreciate my business. And my family and friends will hear my story

Jordan in the deli is great at customer service I know in doesn't seem like a huge deal but his attutide was great he didn't make me feel like my special cut of ham slices were ruining his whole day .Its the lil things like that that make come to your store over the other big name stores. So thank you Jordan keep up the awesome job
