Do not get Mads at rite aid if you get opiates. They will try to tell you insurance won't pay, out of stock, anything to avoid giving them out. Sorry rite aid, no more buisness for you. I've had 3 major back surgeries and need my meds to walk. Thanks for making me wait 2 days to get them Called I.somewhere else.

I had made an appointment for a vaccination. I drive 20 minutes to get there only to wait in line for 10 minutes for the gentleman behind the counter to tell me he couldn’t do it. To come back tomorrow. The website clearly stated my appointment time with 2 reminders over the last couple days. After telling the gentleman I had an appointment he said he couldn’t do, it was not happening today. I drove out of my way to a scheduled appointment only to have someone decline the appointment. It would’ve been nice for a phone call or something so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

The WORST pharmacy and store I have ever been to! One of the girls in the pharmacy was rude and refused to look into anything I asked her regarding my prescriptions. She told me I was wrong about the prescriptions I have been getting for years and wanted to argue with me about it. Talked to the store manager and she couldn't give me a response to any of it or even know what to do. I've asked the one pharmacist many questions about my prescriptions I've had to get and she couldn't discuss them with me, she had to look them up to be able to give me any answers or call someone. Absolutely ridiculous! Will be going to a different pharmacy and store from now on. Worst decision ever made to go there!

Not anything bad to say. Store was small but staff was nice. Would give an extra star for the curly hair products that not many stores carry around here. Make up area is small tho.

It took over 5 hours to fill an antibiotic prescription that the Dr. called in. Absolutely ridiculous. And rude about it as well. Not to mention the antibiotic was a SEALED bottle of capsules-no counting necessary. Literally 5 hours to print a warning label.

Nice workers. And prompt and timely. Do not do western union here. Staff is clueless. And need an 8 digit code instead of 10. Inconvenient
