Wonderful place, lots of great options, and I love that they're supporting local groups. Recently visited for the Pup Cup Ice Cream Social and it was spectacular, lots of great options for our little guy to try out and he thoroughly enjoyed his treat!

The people are nice and the new building looks good but was putting the animals in the back where you can't check on them as easily the best idea? I got a sick rat who I needed for my snake. Im happy I don't rush to feed him cause this rat is 100% sick and dieing in a tank I always set up for them. I know someone whose snake ate a sick rat and after thousands in vet bills her snake still died... Just cause they are feeders doesn't mean they shouldn't be healthy. Also they had absolutely no houses for any of the rat tanks but the mice did... How cruel. They are still living animals who need atleast the basic necessities. Do you even put vitamins in their water like all little critters need to prevent sickness like the one I'm dealing with? Never coming here again unless I have no choice in the tri-city area.

I was able to use my rewards today. I saved $10 on this awesome Primal freeze dried raw food for my spoiled puppy. Gotta love rewards! Great customer service as well. I love their doggie wash station and blow dryers, too!

We brought our 8 week old puppy in to get her a collar and a sweater also a rain jacket. She is a chihuahua. We purchased a collar and leash also before we got her and some toys. The young ladies working there were very polite and very helpful. We took our fur baby in today and she was very loved. Her name is Sweetie because she is so sweet and very loving ❤️.

Switching owners and buildings has been a nightmare so far. Out of all their usual products with no timeframe of when they will be moved over and restocked. If petsmart carried Fromm and other brands this would be their death 100%

Absolutely love the self-serve dog wash!!!!My pitbull loves the chicken feet treats.I get all my nephew's rat needs here.. such as pellet food, treats, hay, bedding & hiding tubes.

Fantastic place for pets and pet supplies. Went there to use the self serve dog wash and couldn't be happier. The staff was super helpful. The wash is disenfected and cleaned up after every use and they offer a wide assortment of shampoos, combs and sprays. Will gladly go back in the future and recommend it to others!

Rude, They just stand there watching you and not saying anything. I am not going back there. Lady on phone said something was on clearance and I came and she lied so I got it cheaper at Walmart.not good customer service

We really enjoy Soldan's. Staff is always friendly. The kids love walking around checking things out. The dog wash station is 100% worth every penny. This would be our one stop shop for all of our animals. However they don't carry anything for chickens.Half off fish days are a huge plus also. 👍

Staff was good when I got my third catAnd they were so helpful finding the right cat food for him and everything they got us like toys that were good for him they told us everything about him and like yeah and this pacific staff member she was the best and they were in a safe nice environment and I really really really recommend to get your cat there

Went for Tub Tuesday. $5 And they provide you with everything you would possibly need to wash your dog. Multiple kinds of shampoo, conditioners, deodorants, everything to clean ears and do nails, brushes and Combs, blow dryer, and a friendly staff. Even free dog treats. My Gator loved it.

I shop for my dog food and it's always in stock. I also like taking my dogs for a bath. Very clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. They just love the pets that come in. I recommend this place for baths or food and treats. Good for all kinds of animals.

I tried to nicely rescue a female mouse who had babies. And the manager would not let me. You should not be breeding an animal who is BLIND and EMACIATED. Clearly needs a vet, and you can tell she is a senior. She needs a RETIREMENT.THIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE

I drive over an hour to shop at this store. I like the selection, some items cost more then online, but is worth it.My daughter loves the fish and all the extras, she saves her money for treats and other items so her fish can have a happy tank.Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Getting overcharged at their mount pleasant location twice in one week and they gave me such a hard time. They recently left a voicemail stating they would like to cut ties with me. Very poor customer service I will never step foot in any of the soldan stores!

Very nice staff but sometimes they talk to each other and ignore the customer for a free minutes. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I've had to wait at the cash register for a long time multiple times. It would be beneficial to have both cash registers going instead of having people wait 10+ minutes in one. Clean, good selection of animals and they have a lot of cool events.

Some prices are little high but selection and service is the best in town. And really the only way to beat their prices is online and not always. Have bought many reptiles here and all were happy and healthy, and most of the time I get my dog food here, only cat food is a little higher priced than elsewhere but good selection and when their are sales they're great.
