100 percent recommend Kim n her staff for your pets grooming needs. No cage environment n all natural supplies. She has groomed 2 different pets for me for 14 years now. Coco even received the queens chariot (stroller) after her spa treatment. Hopefully because she was shy n not being bad. LOL. Absolutely loved Kim n her staff!! Thank you for love shown for our furry friends on their spa days

I can't say enough good things about this shop owner. I have an 8yr old female Shih Tzu that Kim has been grooming for a few years now. I will never trust any other groomer to care for my Ellie the way she does. Excellent grooming.

Took my godlen for a full groom, and they did an amazing job on her! They even accommodated her with lots of pets to help comfort her during the blow drying process... she's a big baby. It's definitely my new go-to place!

Just came back with my dog Willow's first visit. I am highly recommending their grooming services. They did exactly how I wanted my yorkiepoo to be groomed. She came back looking the same, but cleaned up. Exactly what I wanted. I got an appointment that was very quick. Not waiting 6 weeks.

I have been getting my dog groomed and her nails trimed at the Barking Club for a while with good service. But then in April of 2021 they could not groom my dog properly. I could see my dog was protesting them brushing too aggressively. They told me they would not see her again. I had her groomed at another place and had no problems. Today Feb. 2022 they trimed her nails. After over an hour her paws still would not stop bleeding. I took her back and they put some power on to stop the bleeding. They acted like it was normal to have bleeding after a clipping. It was vary hard for them to say they slipped, then they asked me to never come back. I've had dogs for over 50 years and know it's not normal to cause a dogs feet to bleed after a simple trim. Hopefully they will improve their services for the sake of the other dogs.

The ladies are so friendly and very good to our puppy and all others. When you walk in you can see them clipping pets. They are professional and very caring. All the dogs seem very happy to be there. Nimber 1 in my book. If your looking for a great place to take your dog for grooming I strongly recommend The Barking Club.

Great place to have our golden retrievers here taking care of! I accidentally missed my appointment and they were so kind enough to come in at 7:00 two days later so I can get the appointment before we left the state

Excellent care of our dog cotton, who is a Westie, he is very happy every time he gets dropped off and picked up. Love the freedom he has. We can come in unannounced to get he's nails trimmed,they will stop doing what they are doing if possible just to do it, love it.

Top notch in service. Great grooming at good prices. No cages and it only take about an hour. Unlike the other groomer's in Bay City that take up to 6 hours for grooming and they cage your dog. Dog is always happy when he comes back.

I picked the Barking Club initially because there was a coupon in one of the flyers that came to our house - it was an exceptional deal so we tried it. Since then I have been taking my dog back every time! They provide excellent customer service, they are very friendly, accommodating, & do not cage my dog. I have a very skiddish dog to begin with, but he absolutely loves it there! The cuts are always exactly what I request, too.
