Extremely Slow and Inefficient Pharmacy ExperienceI recently had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. I am shocked by the incredibly slow service and lack of staff in the store. The drive-thru service was particularly terrible. Today, I encountered a situation where the staff member in the drive-thru window claimed to be unable to find my prescription, only to later discover that the clerk inside had no trouble locating it. This wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.To make matters worse, the line inside the pharmacy was long and moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. Initially, there was only one person working the counter, which resulted in an extensive wait time. After waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes, another staff member finally arrived. However, this person's tardiness further highlights the evident mismanagement and lack of organization within the pharmacy.I believe there is a serious issue with the pharmacy's efficiency and overall operation. The understaffing and lack of coordination are unacceptable, causing inconvenience and delay for customers like me. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for pharmacy visitors.Considering my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to others and would suggest exploring alternative options that prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Worst store ever, I've never been more frustrated. Every time I go here the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. If you need to pick up a prescription you mise well throw 30 minutes to 1 hour of your life away. They move so slow, it's disorganized with prescriptions all over the place including in boxes on the floor. The drive-thru is a nightmare and I get so irritated everytime I have to go there to pick up a prescription for my adult disabled son or myself. I feel like my life is wasting away waiting on slow people that hate their job. I just don't get it. They already got pay increases and Walgreens now closes down everyday for a NOT NEEDED MEAL BREAK BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE HARDLY WORK WHEN THEY ARE WORKING. CAN WE PLEASE GET SOMEONE OUT TO THE DRIVE-THRU AREA WITH A BROOM AND DUST PAN BECAUSE THE AMOUNT OF CIGARETTE BUTTS AND GARBAGE OUT THERE IS RIDICULOUS.If Walgreens doesn't improve the service, the lazy workers won't have a job to go to because im about to take my business to a different pharmacy altogether.

Today I went inside to pick up my medication. In the past the pharmacy staff have been rude and unpleasant but not today. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Darius. He was so kind and smiled the whole time. His energy made the experience positive.If I could have this pharmacy experience everytime I went in I wouldn't even consider moving my prescriptions (as I've considered in the past). I watched Darius be kind and funny with with the two customers in front of me. It was just so refreshing. Walgreens definitely needs to keep staff like Darius patient facing.Danielle who was working the drive thru was also very kind.Just an overall good experience that I felt was worth noting based on how many poor experiences I've had here in the past.Thank you Darius and Danielle!

Jenna the store (Lead) was very unapproachable, I asked her where the vitamin B6 was located and she said I don’t know, I just know the vitamins are over there as she threw her hands up, then I said politely, I’m just having a hard time finding them, and she huffed and puffed threw her hands up, and went directly to the vitamin b6 in two different brands. I was surprised, because she knew exactly where they were, another customer asked her did she know where the artificial tears was located l, and she said I don’t know, where pharmacy stuff is, and walked away. What a horrible representation of Walgreens, I’ve met many friendly employees at this location, who are always willing to help. This encounter was disappointing.

I went to this location in December 24th 2022. I purchased medication $126 included 6 bottles of tea. I supposed to buy sweetened tea for my friend but accidentally I picked the unsweetened. One hour later I went back to exchange. The cashier who was name Evee told me “. You just go in there and get the sweetened just for exchange” but she didn’t tell me leave the unsweetened for her. When I came back with the sweetened tea then she told me” You go back there get the unsweetened back for me”. I went back and got tea back for her and she told me. “You have to wait! I need to take care 2 customers ahead of you and then you’ll be next”. Lot people were sick that day and they were coughing without masks.I really didn’t want to get sick right at the holidays. So I didn’t want standing next to coughing people on the line but I stood by the line because I thought my turn will be after 2 people like the cashier said. And she also had my tea and my receipt. I was waiting there at least 5 customers already checked out by her but wasn’t my turn yet. Then I saw another cashier opened other line. His name STEVE. He said” I can help the next person” but I couldn’t go to him because Evee (the rule lady) kept my receipt and my tea. I started look at her then she caught my eyes and said loud and rule to me” you have to get into the line. Otherwise, you will be stayed there forever”. Then I went to Steve the one who helped check customers out. I tried to explain to him the issued but he didn’t let me finishing it or listening to me then he said” you must be misunderstood and then he walked away. I felt awful, I felt like they betrayed me or racist me because I am an Asian. I just wasted my times there on Christmas Eve. Finally, I walked out with my tears and my unsweetened tea I picked it by mistake. I never want to go back there again. And I am not recommend friends and family go there. If I could give lower than one star I would.

Only started going to this Walgreens because it’s 2 mins from us. Been going there for about 4 years and it was bad but only gotten worse. Pharmacy lines take FOREVER. And after you’ve waited the pharmacists are insanely rude every time.Did a couple Covid tests here awhile back and they’re talk to you like you’re stupid.Got a prescription for my daughter last week (a liquid antibiotic) and the lady was super short and rude and sent out the bottles of liquid but no syringes. I hit the call button and said can I get some syringes please? (How else would I measure 8.5ml) and she sighed and said “I guess so” like what!? Isn’t that your job?Fed up with it and done going here.

There tend to be longer lines and wait times at this pharmacy but I attribute that to high customers. I started a new medication recently within the last week. Today I received a call, the very kind woman called to say the pharmacy noticed I started a new medication and wanted to check in how I am handling the meds. I really appreciated the call because it shows they are paying attention to their customers. She let me know what to look out for and symptoms or side effects that could indicate serious problems. She told me if the symptoms persist or get worse to contact my doctor as there are many different medications in the class I could try if I am not handling the meds I am currently on. I really appreciated the call and am thoroughly happy that the pharmacy is showing this level of care. I'll keep coming back.

The drive thru is always very congested in both lanes and the staff are slow and unprofessional when it comes to filling the prescriptions in the proper order. I think people should be notified when only half of their prescriptions are filled. Getting a text saying the prescriptions are ready then driving all the way there to pick them up finding that the trip will have to be made twice because not all has been filled. It happens every month like clock work.

If you're feeling so sick you want to die, this place will get you there. If you're sick but don't feel like you die, don't come here, you'll end up dying anyways. While I'm currently standing in line with several others, the pharmacist and 3 girls are laughing and dragging feet looking through every single bin for 2 prescriptions they filled but lost.

Store is clean. Most employees helpful. However, I've stood in line for 15 minutes at the pharmacy today. There are 3 visible employees and one other customer. After 15 min of not even being greeted I had to leave the store and go to the drive thru to get help. I was picking up two prescriptions that were complete.

This used to be the place to go for me for quick stops. But after today I won’t even go back. On Tuesday morning the girl with a pony tail and glasses was so rude I couldn’t even believe it. My husband and I were clearly in a hurry and she was being slow on purpose. Wouldn’t let us use our tap to pay and said it would cost her her job. So I had to run out to the car to dig through my purse. She was as being rude on the phone to someone when we walked up and I assume she was just transferring her anger onto us.

What can I say? More and more the employees are rude, condescending and behave like they don’t want to work. There could be 3 cars in front of you and you can wait over 45 minutes and they’d wait on people who haven’t even been waiting as long as you have. What’s worse is when you call to get a prescription ready you get transferred to corporate and if you ask to speak to the local store they hang up on you. As a company they should also go back to 24 hours due to the fact not everyone has a more 9-5 job. I’m seriously considering switching pharmacies.

I would give this Pharmacy zero stars if possible and that's unfortunate because the people that work the front half of the store are so nice, polite and extremely helpful.I made an appointment to have my COVID vaccine, I get to the location, there is no direction as to where I should sign in for my appointment, the line at the Pharmacy counter was backed up through the isle. I went to the "speak the the Pharmacist" window where I stood for 5 mins as the staff behind the window looked directly at me without any type of acknowledgement. Legit, 4 techs working behind the window and not one could ask me what I needed. I finally spoke up to say I was there for the shot and rudely I was told only one line, go to the back of it and wait. Needless to say, I left and will never visit the Pharmacy part of WalGreens at this location again. Horrible rude Pharmacy staff.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every time my son has a medication called into this pharmacy there's some sort of issue and 9 times out of 10 it's the pharmacy who has an issue with it and is nothing on my end or his doctor's end. When I called today regarding an issue they just said there's nothing they can do the doctor has to recall it in. Why should the doctor have to keep recalling stuff in when it's a simple fix. I have a hard time believing with how advanced things are electronically that there's nothing they can do.

Waiting over 30 mins in drive thru and I was only fourth in line. Absolutely ridiculous how slow the system moves. The ONLY reason I ever used this pharmacy is because it was open 24 hrs. Since Covid, the pharmacy closes at 11:00p, which is fine but I see no reason to continue to give them my business. After writing all that 👆🏼 I'm still in line. It's gotta be close to 45 mins.

I've visited this particular store several times since returning to Battle Creek. I have always found the product I'm looking for, without a problem; or, when necessary, I've gotten help from the staff: promptly, efficiently, courteously, and with knowledge.In comparison shopping, the prices are, overall, better than elsewhere. I've not used the pharmacy, as the VA supplies my prescriptions. However, friends who do use the pharmacy have commented positively on the service received.

For about the last year I have nothing but problems with the Walgreens on Columbia. They can't find the authorization from the doctor to fill my perscritions most of the time, the wait time is terrible, and I seem to get hung up on frequently. As of today, my perscritions have been transferred to a different pharmacy that can accommodate people that are in need of their medication correctly and promptly

Went in on the way taking my underage daughter to school,was purchasing cough drops and a combo Dayquil/Nyquil. The kid at the register would not sell them to me because my child did not have an i.d. I understand the whole abusing cough medicine among teenagers, but when a 41 year old man and his 16 year old daughter (you can tell we are related) use some discretion. A parent should be able to buy their child the medicine they need.

The pharmacy has Angels working.They are kind and helpful on so many levels. Thank you, I didn't know how I was going to pay for badly needed meds but they found a way to cut my cost truly heaven sent

Terrible staff and service... I get my prescriptions filled all the time at Walgreens and it never takes more than 15 mins.. I turned in my script at 4:00 and she tells me it will be done at 5:30!! What?! Very rude about it also and offered no explanation as to why it would take so long..

Problem with cost of perscription. Talked to pharmacy staff and manager. Thought it was resolved but my time was wasted. Manager did not follow up with problem as he said he would [matt). Don't expect knowledgeable staff if you have questions or concerns!
