Went in with my two daughters and they were very nice. Later my mother picked out some furniture and I went back the next day to get it but it was 10 minutes to closing time. Showed them the picture and told them I would be back following day. They increased the price on the item in that time. You can see in pic it was marked $35, next day $90 for pair. Then my husband went in later to get me something I saw for my birthday and my 5 year old picked out a brooch that wasn't priced. Every pin around it was priced $5-8 but she said that "she could do $15 for that". For my 5 year old! Battle Creek is a small town. You need to do right by people to make it around here. We got the items and they got the price they wanted for them but our relationship ends there. Hope the incremental $30 was worth it. You clearly need it more than we do. We turned around and spent $500 at timeless furnishings instead. God bless!

My daughter and I went in looking for a cabinet for her. We found one 30% off. Sounds like a good deal. She’s bought over $250 worth of goods. After a 9% surcharge for shopping there.We picked up the cabinet the next day. It had 2 black light bulbs in the cabinet of which they removed. You can get those at Menards they said. We bought the cabinet with lights in it , would you like the shelves too. We won’t be back. You lost a good customer because you’re so greedy and rude. Not the first time the owners been rude. Two strikes your out.

A very big place, full of lots of things. Mostly furniture, glass and trinkets. There is something for practically anyone. Priced pretty fairly and seem negotiable. Uncomfortably, though, I have come here multiple times with friends and family, and every single time, we are followed throughout the store by an employee during almost our entire visit. Kind of insulting, I'm not a thief and you certainly don't need to treat any customer as such. Definitely makes our visits less than stellar and we haven't been back because of it.

I indeed found treasures at reasonable prices. Actually, lower than expected. I bought several items, had a nice talk with the owner and salespeople. Will definitely stop there as often as time allows on my journeys past Battle Creek.

I bought a model / toy plane , it was broke. So I called the store and they said bring it in so they can look at it. They looked at it and told me they can give me $150 store credit I paid $166 after tax, which I thought was pretty fair. I got a lot of other things. My experience here was pretty good. So I give it a 5 star rating

Definitely recommend this place if you ever come down to battle creek. Lots of old looking cars with low prices and jewelry as soon as you walk in. Has lots to choose from and the people there were very nice and gave us discounts on our new chairs.

It’s full of stuff but for our first time there we had a rather unpleasant experience that left a bad taste in our mouths. We were enjoying ourselves, looking around at all their items, and found a couple Disney vinyl records. They were old and not in the best of shape but they were priced like $3-$4 a piece so we figured it was worth it to pick them up for our collection. Upon checking out, the older lady who was running the cash register asks us where we found the records and says that they were priced wrong. There were no other records in the entire building. She then comes back and says she would give them to us for $15 a piece. We declined as they didn’t seem worth that much at the state they were in. The cashier, who eventually tells us she is the owner’s sister, then proceeds to triple check the prices of the rest of the select few items we found, which was a lengthy process. The entire time, talking horribly about a younger girl that works there, blaming the incorrect prices on her. The whole time making us uncomfortable, worried that any of the other items we picked out might be subject to a price increase, all while having to hear someone badmouth another behind their back. Not run professionally or worth the trip.

They were extremely rude to my 72 year old grandmother. She bought a table, they broke it, then told her they would have it to her fixed by the end of the week. 2 weeks later, she still did not have her table and they started denying her phone calls. I then called there myself and they told us the table would be to her at 6p that night because they were too busy doing estate sales to bring her the table they promised. They delivered it at 3p when she wasn't home (They knew this as I told them on the phone that morning she wouldn't be home til after 530 and they told her they would be there at 6) and stuck it on her sidewalk all set up. She's 72! She can't bring that inside on her own, let alone take it apart and bring it inside just to set it up again. Horrible experience. Unsure how they can fathom treating someone with such disrespect.

The staff and sales persons are vary knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I expected to be lowballed as all the other shops in B.C. try to do you. The person I was dealing with was fair and forthcoming. We both spent time looking up the product and was able to come to an affordable agreement. I say if you have anything to sell that is in tip top shape and you want the best money for it go to this place. And if you're looking to buy high quality antiques last jewelry etc this is the place they have much of a variety beautifully set up clean meet and order I say this is another one shop in Battle Creek.

I worked at Treasure Keepers till I quit Tuesday due to the owner Eileen Burns talking behind everybody's back saying bad things about everybody. The kind of stuff that goes on in this store is appalling I had a customer want to buy a vanity with a mirror it was clearly marked $199 when I called Eileen about what it would cost to do a delivery she very rudely Jack the price up to $350 and then charge this couple $60 for a delivery fee.

This store has SO many interesting things inside. I recently moved to Battle Creek, and what mom, grandma and myself thought would be a quick trip ended up turning into hours looking through the store. I left with a very cute lidded basket for a very reasonable price. I frequent this store for interior items and I am always excited to go back!

Very large store with tons of things. The selection is more furniture and knickknacks, and not so much tools and 'guy' things. The males in our party weren't interested, but the ladies enjoyed looking around. I think it was well organized and clean.

My family and I stopped for the first time today. We were met with warm, welcoming employees and a wonderful collection of items at a reasonable price. Too many times we've gone into antique shops where the owners want an outrageous amount of money for something you can buy anywhere. At treasure keepers this was not the case! We will be going back very soon!

The owner is rude and disrespectful to customers and to her employees. She asked me multiple times and in different ways if I know that mask mandate has been lifted. I answered her yes each time and asked me if I’m wearing my mask by choice. YES, it’s by choice. I have the right to wear it if I’m not comfortable to be maskless in your establishment. Also, what if I’m immunocompromised? I don’t need to explain to you why I’m still wearing my mask. It’s not harming you. Also, In front of me and other customers, she berated her employee just because she didn’t wrap my items. I am not coming back to this place!

Three rooms of furniture and toys and books. The owners are nice and are willing to help. The back and middle rooms have more furniture. The storefront has more toys and pyrex and more unique things like a large globe and kerosene lamps. Most prices are fairly reasonable.

Prices are high, alot of everything: knick knacks, glass works, dressers and stands ect. Very large space, if you like to see every small detail plan on an hour or two.

Amazing and beautiful store files with a large variation of antiques, trinkets, etc. Definitely one of my new favorite antique shops. Will be back in the near future when we're back to visit my family.

This review is directly related to Eileen Burns/Treasure Keepers Estate Sales:Eileen Burns conducts poor business in regards to Treasure Keepers estate & household sales.When you walk in day 2 specifically and ask what the day’s discount is and are told quote- “20% off” and after making your selections EILEEN refuses to give the discount saying quote- “no its UP TO 20%” is arbitrary and screams of scamming.If this is how she conducts business with the public, I feel sorry for the estates she represents.BEWAREBEWAREBEWAREPOOR BUSINESS PRACTICESUNPROFESSIONALSCAM
