Not happy with my experience at all on 3/12/2024 by Duane on 2nd shift. There wasn’t a sign on the door that he was cleaning the dog wash stations AND he was using Lysol Toilet Bowl cleaner, which is not safe to use on anything BUT toilets due to the ingredients used. They make cleaning solution for disinfecting surfaces like such.Update:1 star, absolutely horrible! “Clean” towels were covered in dog hair, the floor was SOPPING wet before I even began washing my dog, grooming tools looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in over 2 weeks, the trash was still full of dog hair, the towel where the soaps and tools sit was absolutely revolting because of how much filth was spilled on the towel. The water was freezing cold. Duane was a liar, stayed he didn’t think anyone would be coming but the dog wash was “used all day”. Likely won’t be coming here again. Absolutely disgraceful.

Wide selection of supplies & lots of unique extras like toys, cards, clothes, gift items. I always walk out with something extra I never knew I needed. Staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable; they gave me a great idea on a project I was working on that made the job much easier.

Great prices and great selection!! Cheapest place in town for every kind of dog food I buy. My staple food is about $70 CHEAPER here vs Walmart!!! The staff is very friendly, the store is always clean, and everything is usually stocked up.

Always look forward to shopping at TSC. Found an awesome 300 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank there today for $239. With sales tax and a 10% off coupon, $228 out the door. I would have bought a 2nd one if they would have had it in stock. My Pheasants will like these.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just spent $700 buying toys for my kids Christmas in this store and the whole time the girl checking us out was huffing and puffing about having to find the barcodes to scan them, also she just stacked all the things up and didn’t put anything that would fit in bags in bags. At that point I was feeling like a burden so I just grabbed everything and put it in my cart without bags… first time at this location and I don’t know that I’ll be back.

I bought a generator earlier this year and paid for the one year extended warranty. A couple months later I had an issue and went to return it. I had no receipt couldn't find my warranty info, couldn't even remember if I paid with cash or card, lol. After about five minutes a young man named Bradley found my info, never treated me like I was lying and got me a new generator with no issues. I was told when I came to this town to go there for the service and I was steered in the correct direction for sure. This place is awesome for customer service. 👍👍

They have allot of stuff for animals and Lots of tools. They have about anything you may need for the home also. Allot of landscape stuff, sand, seeds, and gardening supplies. They have big buckets of oil for farmers and truck drivers. They have tons of stuff. You need to look inside to see all the variety of things they have.

I was very impressed and thankful for Maci today. She was short-staffed, and covering multiple bases, but she still took the time to fill my propane tank that I bought at her store today. ( in very cold weather) Very personable and friendly, and she even helped me load the 150+lb tank into my truck. Five stars and 2 thumbs up.👍👍I wish there were more people like her working everywhere.

This store is the best, from there friendly staff to the wide range of stuff! Love this store! my wife has to drag me out of it most of the time! Love going with my son ( 2 years old) we have the best time. He loves looking at the baby chicks and ducks! Something for anyone that is outdoors forward. Take your time, look around. You will find it here.

I was able to get what I was looking for. It took me a few minutes to find it though. Website said it was in stock, but doesn't tell you what aisle or even what department/area to find it in. Once found it was attached to the shelf and I needed to locate an employee to remove it for me. Employee was nice and quick to come help. Check out employee was nice. I resisted picking up any of the delicious candy by the check out. Overall just a nice store to visit depending on what you are looking for.

It was my first time ever shopping there. Went because there was a good deal on dog food, but to my surprise the food I was there for was not marked for the sale as were many other dog foods were, so it took a few minutes to find it. When I did find the sale dog food I was shopping for I was disappointed to find that there were only three bags of food on the shelf, I would have enjoyed purchasing six bags but was unable too. On an up note I was greeted with a smile when I checked out and was offered help to load my purchase into my vehicle.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars, the store was clean and the staff was nice. With a name called tractor supply, you would think they would carry a standard riding lawn mower belt for a husqvarna. They didn't have the exact part and he told me that I would have to pay for shipping! Needless to say, I walked into the store next door and got the exact item for about the same price.

I really enjoy visiting this store. We have a lot of farming needs and they seem to always have what we need. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. I also love the fact that they allow all animals in the store. The best part about TSC is they have chicks in the Spring.

I go here to get food for my rabbit. The service is good. Cashiers friendly. Prices average and not out of line. They have a rewards program so if you need to buy a lot of stuff for animals, it's definitely worth shopping here.

Battle Creek Mi storeWent in to buy a Chainsaw chain and after looking for awhile I found a guy named Geoff to help me. I asked him where I could fine the chains for a chainsaw and he responded “ up front where they have always been” so I proceeded to go up front and look for them and found them. Geoff had walked by me as I was looking at them, didn't even bother to ask me if I needed any help. At that point I realized they were locked up and would need help getting one. So I went to look for someone to help me and I found Geoff again talking with someone about Grass seed, So I waited. (About 10) with no response that I was standing there I went back over to try and get it off myself when another worker asked if I needed help and helped me. The cashier at the time was busy with a line of customers. What I am upset about it that he should have helped me from the beginning knowing what I needed and knowing they were locked up!! Took me 20 mins longer to get what I needed!Unhappy customer

My Dad and I stopped here to look at rivet tools. They didn't have the tool he needed but they did have a decent selection of tools for various purposes. Compared to the other local hardware stores this one seemed to have a better selection for automotive tools and equipment. They had a section for animal supplies that I also did not see in the other hardware stores. I rated 4 out of 5 because their sign and the store were a little difficult to see behind the large pine trees by the road. We almost passed the store. I also noticed they did not have any WI-FI available.

Could have a bigger selection of boots and footwear, but they're tool clearance is always great they usually have good name brand tools for %50 and sometimes even %80 off!! All in all I usually find what I need here.

Some items (wood shavings, hummingbird feeders, water softener salt) are cheaper here than anywhere else. Sometimes they don't have much of things I need in stock. No cut straw bedding for our chickens the last trip.

Love Tractor supply. They not only carry a zillion functional necessary products, but always seem to have a great selection of fun decorative items. Never know what you will find that you didn't know you needed. 😃. They have clothing, including some really cute children's Carhartt and John Deere articles. Lots of toys at Christmas time. Have gotten some very nice decorative candles here. Many nice products for your pets, including very nice plush dog beds for spoiled cats (mine is snoozing on one right now). Lots of bird seed, feeders, and stuff for outside as well as inside birds.They even stock lawn mowers and tractors, Buddy heaters, wood burning stoves, fun outdoor garden decorations, baby chicks, chicken coops, kitchen sinks....well, outdoor troughs and many items for feeding deer, horses, possums, raccoons, neighbor's dogs, you name it.
