This was a great first experience for me. Phil was super helpful and was willing to take a long time with me to decide what I would like. Willing to explain and go further than other experiences elsewhere with other bud tenders. Not pushy at all and most concerned with making sure I left with things I like. Heard what I was after and got me exactly what would fit me rather than what they liked or whatever would get me out the door. Overall best experience out of any dispensary I have been to. Can't say enough how good this experience was. Even better the 42% off first time discount. 5 out of 5 stars!

After looking for somewhere new to shop I ran across Cake House and received 42% off for being a new customer and I’ll definitely be a regular now!! Nathan helped get me right with the quality and price I was looking for and I’m so indecisive but he was super patient, honest and answered all my questions!! I was more than happy with what I purchased and can’t wait for my next trip. Quality Roots will never see me again.. Cake House is definitely worth a stop and cop 💪🏽

Shout out to Josh! He always knows his stuff! I went in and wasn’t sure what I wanted I told him that I was having a hard time sleeping and I needed something to help me relax. His knowledge of the products and the different strands was impressive. He went the extra mile to ask me questions and different favors I might like! I can't even begin, out of 12 visits at least, I'm always greeted with a smile as well as "welcome to cake house" and that means the world to me. The bud tenders have great suggestions, and even better dispositions. Everyone genuinely seems to like working here. I sincerely hope this business stays around for a long time, always watch for killer deals, it's worth the trip.

Normally, I visit another establishment. But a friend of mine told me about the cake house. So I drove it extra 45 minutes to come here, and it was definitely worth the trip! Phill was very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t know much about marijuana, but he took the time to explain everything to me and help me make the best choice possible. He is definitely an asset to this company, and I will definitely be back here in the near future!

Best dispensary, hands down. Love the staff. Walking in and being greeted by Dale or Brittany, and love my bud tenders there. Sam is awesome and so is everyone else. Definitely most friendly place. Great product.

I am one of those people who has horrible chronic migraines more than 15 days a month. My first visit to the Cake House was Easter Sunday ‘23, and now here it is a year later already. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted by a friendly face and a warm welcome! They have a vast variety of products to choose from and a knowledgeable staff that actually listens and makes you feel like a VIP. They always go the extra mile to help you get the best deal while also making sure you get a product that fits your needs. Those are just a few reasons why I keep coming back! In fact, I feel guilty for the few times I have visited a different establishment, almost as if I’m “cheating” on them. 😁 The bottom line is that you won’t regret it if you give them a chance!

I had an issue that couldn't be resolved in house and resulted in a wasted trip. The management was friendly and gave advice on how to correct my issue with the third party device manufacturer and they compensated me for my wasted time. Above and beyond Customer service, great selection of products, great deals,super friendly staff, 10/10 recommend.

Great service they know how to help anyone Seriously a few times I've gone i only had pocket change they wasnt rude what so ever and even on my harder days they have always since day 1 of going have had my back! I recommend everyone I mean EVERYONE to check them out! I absolutely love there staff not just Dale (but he is the best greeter/check in employee of the cake house) for real yall this place is the best by far weed hook up in the state/states lol

My wife and I normally do all of our shopping here and refuse to go other places, but they’ve made some changes in the past few weeks and changed their WEBSITE. As people who drive from states away to shop here this is the most frustrating thing ever as can’t see any accurate menu sales, prices, and specials. Tried also looking up the Lansing store and their website but it seems like all of them are now a part of one and I cannot figure them out at all! Wont be making our normal drive there this month

Upon entering the shop, thinking that i could get a piece of cake here, I was informed by a young man ,Josh, that, that was indeed not the case. We shared a good laugh, and after he showed me what was really there. I ended up getting a few things. The service he brought was great, and his kind and caring demeanor was a nice change of pace to walk into. If anything I would go back just for the service again.
