I had ordered from Lakeside for my Nephew's funeral 1000.00 dollars worth of flowers and had asked about a memorial tree for him, they said it wasn't the right time of year so had gotten some hibiscus. They said it wouldn't be in till next week unfortunately they thought they did me a favor by sending them to the funeral home which thats not what was agreed on and the flowers were given away because I had no knowledge of the flowers being sent. It's not that hard to text someone and let them know what's going on instead of just doing what you want. I am extremely disappointed with the fact they let my flowers for a memorial at my house be given away because they can't communicate. Very disappointed and then when I called it was well we sent them......no I didn't want them sent to have to worry about them at his funeral. Smh nothing to make it right, no im sorry, no nothing!

Lakeside Floral did a beautiful arrangement for my elderly aunt who lives in Battle Creek. There staff was friendly and very helpful as I placed the order via phone. The end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lakeside Florists!

My mom loves daffodils but unfortunately they aren’t really in season around Mother’s Day. So I spoke with the florist and they had a really pretty bulb garden that was perfect for the occasion. My mom received them today And was very happy. Thank you for the suggestion and for the wonderful customer service. I will definitely use this florist again!

I ordered several flower arrangements for my parents memorial service over the phone. I expressed my wishes for the styles and flowers I would like for them to use. Since I live 1.5 hours away, I wasn’t able to sit with them in person to do it. All the arrangements were absolutely beautiful! Exactly what I had in mind. I would most definitely recommend them. I called the day before my wife’s birthday. I didn’t know exactly what it was that I wanted. I asked them to use their professionalism to come up with with something in the price range I had given them. Man oh man, did they ever knock it out of the park. It’s the most beautiful arrangement we have ever seen. I had them delivered to her at work and apparently she was the talk of the office. Everyone who saw them were thoroughly impressed.From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping to make my wife’s birthday a memorable one. You’ve gained a customer for life. i ordered and was specific on what i wanted with the woman telling me she could do it no problem. the order was not what i ordered and instead of taking responsibility she said it did have some of what i asked for. she ruined the mothers day gifts i paid good money for way ahead of time with assurance it would be done. The other owner was justAs cocky and thinks they did nothing wrong. I see by their real reviews this is how they are. will go elsewhere from now on.

I called at 3:45pm on a Tuesday to ask if Lakeside could deliver flowers to my grandmother who had to take her dog to the vet to be put down. Lakeside was so accommodating and had the flowers delivered within an hour, - they were waiting for my grandmother on her doorstep when she got home from the vet. This over and above service, plus the beautiful arrangement, brought comfort to my grandma on one of her saddest days. I will forever be a loyal customer to Lakeside whenever I need flowers in the BC area. Thank you 🙏🏽

Ordered by phone from out of town -prompt delivery for Mom's birthday- less than 24 hours notice. They had the arrangement at her door first thing in the morning. Beautiful mixed bouquet with flowers that matched the dollars spent, in a pretty container and extra birthday ribbons. Courteous. Could not be more pleased.

Called ahead with only short notice and they happily got started on the arrangement. When I arrived 10 minutes later it was nearly done and beautiful. I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were super friendly. The arrangement is amazing. I highly recommend the store.

The arrangement received looked NOTHING like the FTD arrangement I'd ordered or paid top dollar for!! Lakeside took the liberty of replacing the flowers pictured with cheap carnations because that's all they had. When contacting Lakeside and showing them the photos of what was ordered and actually received, the owner said it wasn't his problem, the arrangement looked fine to him and told me I had to take it up with FTD if I was unhappy. He also said they were allowed to substitute what was "close" to the original flowers ordered with whatever was available. The owner and his staff need to attend a workshop on treating customers kindly. Choose another florist for your flowers and save yourself the irritation!!

I've only been in a couple of times. Both times the employees were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Flowers were pretty, but expensive. However, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for.

The arrangement I ordered wasn't what was delivered. Staff needs a lesson on customer service. I will not use this florist again. Worst $100 arrangement I've ever sent. Shame on them
