Top notch service. Thought I reviewed ages ago but let me tell you the entire shop treats you like family. They all went to such great lengths to ensure our van was safe enough to drive even though it was on it lasts legs lol their help really made a difference in it going until it couldn't no more!Love them forever!

I see a bunch of good reviews but I think they're made up I called about a transmission that needed changing he said he would call me back with a price and I never heard from him again. My mother in law took her car there for brakes and had to go back because they were smoking and they just has their minivan in because it wouldn't start they replaced the starter and now it grinds when you start it and they only charged them $575 dollars. They are a bunch of crooks if you ask me I will never take a vehicle there

I called on a Friday at 3PM and they squeezed me in even though they would be working after hours to fix my car. I love how quickly and efficiently they worked and also the sense of humor! I will most definitely be using and recommending Freed Auto moving forward. Thanks for a great job!

I brought my 1991 Honda Accord here to have it inspected for a busted water pump and a tuning kit they were very kind, fast and they gave me a decent rate. It was done in a week which I was extremely impressed by. Everyone I spoke with was very kind helpful and helped me understand what needed to be done to my vehicle. And on top of it when I called becuse my power steering went out they sent Matt, (so greatful for him and his work) out to my job to help me when my power steering went out. Cannot express how grateful I am. I will definitely bring my car back when I need more work done!

Called Freed on Monday and they got me in Wednesday morning. They took a look at it, ran the codes and found the issue right away. They fixed it then and there. Very quick job. They're honest and efficient. Only place I will ever have work on my car.

I called around to Others for oil change on my Fiat and Everyone wants 100.00 or more. They quoted me a great price. The oil change was quick and They were VERY Friendly and nice. I asked if would be my mechanic so I won't have to drive to Lansing, nearest Fiat and get charged over 100.00 for full Synthetic. At this date they had a sign for discounts when paying with cash. For starters, I didn't have to wait 3 weeks to get my car looked at! They were fast with an estimate *and* getting the work done. Reasonable estimates and final costs for what I feel is quality work. Had my car worked on over 2 weeks ago and have had zero issues with what they fixed. I will absolutely go here for my next car repair and I recommend them to anyone who wants a good local shop.

I'll tell you what man you'll be hard pressed to find a more reliable mechanic shop. They'll do anything you need, just name it. Brought my vehicle here a few times and my expectations are genuinely surpassed everytime. Had my van on a lift within 24 hours and a reasonable estimate provided. Dropped off my ride the next morning.
