This is a very nice store. Very clean. Always stocked. They have probably more than a handful of people who have been there twenty years plus. That's how nice it is. Wonderful deli. Awsome bakery.

Easy convenient for quick trips. If you have coupons or they have a sale it's not too badly priced. That would be my only complaint...they can be pricey.

Always a friendly "Welcome!" when you enter. things are moderately easy to find but if for some reason you can't find somethings just ask a store associate and they will be glad to point you in the right direction.

They didn't have as many sales as i was hoping for and a lot of stuff I wanted they didn't have, the shelves were completely bare and I had to get stuff I wouldn't normally get but checkout was quick so that was nice.

My review is more about how friendly the customers are. An old gentleman in a scooter saw me looking confused and offered help finding a product since he was going in the same direction. But employee service is average to above average. So not a bad place considering its location far outside of town.

I like shopping here. It's convenient and they have a good selection, but the first time using a regular check out the cashier snatched my drink out of my hand. Please keep the self check outs open.

Left My Chick Fil-A sauce at the store tonight. Went back to get it. was told I didn't buy it.I bought a value pack. What she scanned was 24oz bottle. Your employee said she never scanned it. And you're incompetent employees couldn't even tell me what I had bought so take the timestamp from that receipt go to your security footage and see who got my Chick-fil-A sauce and you can keep my 4.89 I no longer be shopping at family fare.

Favorite grocery store to go to when running short on time. Close, convenient, and clean. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Love the deli dinners when we are running short on time or just being lazy. The ham salad is a family favorite. And no huge crowds.

It is an easy stop and shop. Smaller to walk through than the big stores. Fairly competitive pricing and has great deli sandwiches.

I like the Pennfield location the best, its closer to my house. The store is always very clean, fresh produce, good meats, has everything I need, good donuts. My only complaint is the prices. I only shop here when I just have a few items to pick up, or have the extra money, otherwise off to Meijer I go..lol

Expensive compared to other grocery stores and a more limited selection. Has difficulty restocking basic items such as eggs. Conveniently located, but if there was a Meijer or Kroger nearby I would only stop in for specific sale items. Staff is friendly.

I got what I needed and the lines weren't long so we were able to get in and out. Of course it was after 8pm.Thank you for responding owner. FYI I would give five stars if somebody can find a company who makes instant mashed potatoes without the citric acid in it. It's the only thing I wasn't actually able to buy bc the citric acid messes upy gut. For some reason the only kind I like is instant. I know weird. More Companies have started to use citric acid in a lot of the processed foods from bread, potatoes, and canned foods. There are places are there out there who doesn't use this in there ingredients. So if u can find that company, u would have another thing over Meijer that they don't carry either. Obviously u don't have to if u don't want to. But I guarantee I'm not the only customer who has stomach issues. And I'm required to be on a soft food diet. There isn't a lot of choices in that area.

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. The convenience of the location and the people that work there are GREAT, but that being said, the prices are outrageous!!!!! I mean absolutely OUTRAGEOUS for everything! $6.00 for a gallon of Chocolate milk. If you want to venture further, then hit anywhere on Beckley to buy groceries.

The store was very busy. One of the managers brought me a motorized cart to use. His name is Ben, always courteous and helpful. I forgot my YES card and they know me well enough that the cashier in charge, Amy, scanned her card and took care of my coupons I forgot to give the cashier. I am shopping there more now that the Our Family line is giving better prices. My only complaint is the lady that is normally there on Saturday and wasn't today is very unfriendly and never smiling. The lady today is usually there during the day when I shop and is much friendlier and accommodating. She wears glasses and has dark hair and seems to be in charge! Much more customer friendly!

This has to be my favorite Family Fare in Battle Creek, Michigan! All their employees know my family and greet us like we're their extended family!
