IF YOU HAVE BUNNIES, GO HERE!!! Great for cats and dogs too.We have cats, a dog, and bunnies, and while DRVC is great all around, we feel particularly fortunate to have them to take care of our rabbits. Rabbits are so difficult to treat safely and we feel very confident trusting DRVC to take care of our buns. Price is reasonable, and worth the drive from Kalamazoo. Our vet has also helped our very puke-y cat be no longer puke-y. We've been patients at DRVC for nearly two years now and have been completely satisfied. Truly five stars.

I took my dog to this place and they put her on meds. After a few days she started getting sick so I called and told them what was happening. They told me she'd be fine instead of having me bring her back in. She ended up getting worse and then died Shortly after. When I called to tell them to cancel her next appointment they were rude on the phone and stated "I'm sorry your dog died, what do you want us to do about it". It's all about money with this place. They don't really care about the pet.

My experience with DRVC was very outstanding and wonderful. They helped me and worked with my budget and still took care of and saved my dog. I'll never go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to others. I thank the vet that took great care of my puppy dog, Frank.

These people act friendly but behind closed door's not so much. They openly talk bad about clints. Miss handle dog's and cats, even sometimes the animals getting out and almost starting fights with one another. They miss treat workers and even go so far to use expired meds on animals. All my info is inside info by the way with several employee's coming forth to tell me their side of the story. More on the expired meds. The technician "LINDSAY" was reported to me by multiple employee's to have use a expired drug on a big dog to sedate it, due to the dog being so aggressive that not even the owner could touch this dog. The drug did not work properly due to it being expired and when the employee's went to get the dog from it's cage the dog was still being out of control and knock over a mop bucket that spilled all over the floor , and a employee slipped and was seriously hurt. The company then did everything they could to cover up the incident and did everything they could to get rid of the employee that was injured. Several other employee's saw what happen but said they did not want to come forth before now due to being scared they too would lose their jobs. I have also been made aware that this clinic has also been know to let UNLICENSED worker partake in things like giving shots or drawing blood from animals. These are just a few major things uncovered and god only knows the rest.

I went to take my boy in to be fixed and had some concerns of reviews I seen so I asked about them to Emily at the front desk she would not look at me when speaking, was very rude answering my inquiries , when I said something about her unprofessionalism and decided to try and check in with the other desk attendant she continued to smirk rudely and roll her eyes … when I asked who the manager was they both laughed and giggled and said it was her! All while my apt that was scheduled and I showed proof of with all species kinship they said did not exist.. when I walked out and looked back in they had more employees looking out the door laughing! I will NEVER trust my animals with such disrespectful and unprofessional people!

We take all our pets here. DRVC was recommended to us by Rabbit Angels as a vet for our bunnies. It's so hard to find affordable and skilled veterinarians for rabbits, and DRVC fits the bill. They've also done well for our dog and cats. After some trial and error, our cat who puked several times a week is now puke-free. Thank you, DRVC!

This is a very clean, classy and professional Vet Clinic. The staff was friendly, helpful and great at what they do. The doctor clearly knew what she was doing. Showing herself to be very knowledgeable and confident in her job. So much so that I decided to leave the final decision up to her about to do to help my furry buddy get well again. This is definitely a Ver Clinic that you can trust with your pet’s health!!

This clinic is simply amazing! The staff that works there are both animal lovers and people friendly which is often hard to find these days! Dr. Jen is very laid back and is very good at explaining things and she takes the stress out of having a sick or hurt pup. My Bulldog is sure a handful for them but the staff there is very patient! My Beagle absolutely loves the people there too and she gets less and less nervous each time she rides up there. Even better is the fact that they try hard to fit you into the schedule when they can and try to be accommodating an understanding when emergencies come up! Will recommend them!

May I just say "thank you" to the staff, techs, and Vet Dr.s for the compassionate, caring environment. In January, my Gabby, my Pom baby, was diagnosed with 4th stage kidney failure. Everyone showed her such kindness, as Gabby and I had our last days. Gabby was just shy of 14 years. She was the best pup.

Very reasonable clinic, easy to work with, great staff and we got our dog in same day to address his ear infection. They gave me a treatment plan on the phone before I got there and carried it out. We also addressed other needed treatment and preventative measures while at the clinic. Highly recommend this vet!

After taking one of our cats here SIX times for the same problem (pained urination and bloody urine) in the course of two months, we were told each time that Jen "knew for sure!" What the problem is. Six visits later and $720 of x-rays, tests, blood work, and seemingly random medication, there was no improvement. Keeping in mind that each time, she claimed to be certain to know what was going on while changing the story every visit. We took him to a different vet, and the solution was a bag of urinary health food due to his cirrent food disagreeing with him. That's it. A cheap bag of food was the solution after these quacks wasted months and hundreds of dollars when she clearly had NO idea what was going on.Additionally, they were prescribed flea medication that they both took and developed a reaction to. They now disclose to us that it was an "Extra large canine dose" so that they could split it amongst the two cats more easily. Call the new vet, NOOOOPE. The canine medication is NOT the same as the feline medication, and is much stronger in concentration, not just in the liquid volume of the dose. New vet double checked the safety and dosage information to confirm this, and even went as far as to recommend taking legal action against DRVC after they knowingly prescribed an incompatible canine medication for felines.This is absolutely crazy. Total lack of professionalism, more or less repeatedly guessing at what a problem was instead of actually narrowing it down, and now knowingly prescribing an incorrect medication "because it's easier"? These guys have no business being in any sort of medical field for any species.

Without a doubt the best Veterinary Clinic in Battle Creek. The newer location on Columbia Ave is especially convenient, easy to access and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the Docs are top notch. I should know, I have 19 dogs that Dr. Jen & Dr. Rachel provide care for, and I have been taking my dogs to Dickman Road Vet Clinic for 15 years now.

Waited one week until appt. At desk she stated seen for sores in mouth? I stated no I told her in ears. We waited for a while after being checked in. First person comes in and states "Sores in mouth?", again! I stated no in ears. Second person comes in after waiting and states. We have to sedate her ( They did not sedate her last time, she is a very friendly dog) to wash her ears out and it is late (4:20) so you have to make another appt. Along with other excuses! We do not like being lied to. Next appt another 5 days away.!Completely different staff when we bring her in. What has happened to this place! Will find another Vet.!
