Terrible staff. Signs that are open till 10:00 to staff members in there all the lights on 20 minutes to 10pm wont let someone get one item will definitely be complaining to their manager absolutely ridiculous.. very rude. Notice one of the staff had a full cart of items for themselves though. Dollar General 1 mile down the road with the same hours very polite, excellent staff and they follow their posted hours

I walked up put my stuff on the counter she didn't even say a word walked over turned the self check on and said "that one's broke" and walks off. Worst service ever I'll choose the other million stores over this one.

The store floors were not cleaned properly. They were not swept prior to mopping or running the floor machine. This made the floors have garbage stuck to it and streaks on the floor.Then the Aunt Millie hot dog buns that were purchases were out dated.This store was very well maintained for years. The last year it has gone down hill.

Staff is rude and every site says this Dollar general closes at 10:00 but it doesn't. It closes at 9:00 because 10 is for summer hours. Nine is for winter hours and this is b******* for spring hours. Change it is all we all ask if it's nine make it nine.

Store was a mess, understand when shipments arrive but it looked like weeks of shipments. Boxes and carts in almost every aisle. When done getting my items I went right up to the cashier, I was never greeted just ignored. The cashier and the other person "assistant manager" she said it multiple times in their complaining session. A few minutes later, The "assistant manager," walked away from the cashier area and was rude. Finally the cashier checked me out never saying anything except my total and since I was paying with cash asked me to round up for a charity. Of course I donated, I grabbed my bag and still was not greeted whether entering or exiting. I will pass on this location and go on to another.

The staff they have Normally is rude (the younger ones) the older staff is normally nice and will help you whenever you ask. The store is pretty clean alot of shoplifting happens though so it's a interesting place. Most things are good price but somethings you'll get blown away by the price like headphones that cost $20 but are Dollar tree quality.

I've never had a bad shopping experience with the Dollar General. What was a bad experience is wasting the gas to drive out there tonight because their site hours said 10pm. I get there and the posted hours on the door say 9pm. I don't blame the employees in the store I do however blame their corporate for the false advertising of their hours. I need diapers and dog food. I could have went somewhere a little more expensive, closer to me, and most importantly actually open for buisness.

Staff does great job keeping store stocked. Nearly all dollar general employees are overworked /underpaid. I've never worked there, that's just my observation.

It's dirty and not well stocked. As for neatness it is always in disarray. Now of all times they leave carts in the lots and don't disinfect them.

Dolkar General is one of my favorite go to quick stores but I always end up taking forever in there. They are conveniently located all over town & they have great prices. They have teat sales and if you use coupons you can get great deals or if you use one of YOUR cash back apps, Dollar General is a store listed on there. If you download the DG app, DG has digital coupons also So make a list & clip before you shop...You'll get everything you need & save cash &earn cash back too!Win Win!

You might not be able to find 1 certain item, but it doesn't matter, because one of the other 5,000 DG's will have it!!! Always treated with kindness whichever one I choose to go to.
