Never disappointed with my Reese's Blizzard here. Service is always pretty kind and friendly.Parking: Being on a corner triangular lot, parking here terrifies me a little. Sometimes the lot is full when I plan to get a treat and I will just drive by, because I'm not dealing with that mess. The size and shape of the lot is my only complaint about this place. Otherwise, it's pretty great.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily roll a wheelchair (or a stroller) up the ramp and to the window to order.

Little hidden treat! Hadn't been to a DQ in years and it was SO yummy and exactly how I remembered. The girls were so nice and sweet to us and my 10 year old. 3 ice creams that were huge for $15! Well worth it.

While at DQ, I told my husband, I hope G Guides doesn't ask about DQ. I hate giving bad reviews. We ordered 2 Chili Cheese Dogs, a Hot Fudge Sundae and a Caramel Sundae. The buns, cheese and hot fudge were cold. There was not much fudge or caramel on either sundae. It's been a bit since we've been there and there menu has really changed. Probably won't go back. Sorry!

I love going to this this Dairy Queen every summer when it opens, ice cream is delicious, and the service is great. The only problem is, I notice the workers wasn't wearing hair nets. I thought that was a requirement in all food service establishments?

This place is usually top notch ! But after being served rotten ice cream today I don’t think I’ll be back -I was refunded but how did you not see the ice cream was melted and refrozen, even smelled very sour , that has to stink in the freezer too ? My fiancé took a quick bite when I gave it to her and she has been gagging and vomiting since

theyve always gotten my food right and it always taste good, its a little slow but never slow enough to take away from my experience. just a little note to everyone else: there's not too many people working at these dairy queen, dont get too frustrated with them!

The owners have removed so many good things from the menu and on top of that they are landlocked and hard to get in and out of. Battle Creek needs a new Dairy Queen. One where you can have a better selection on the menu and indoor seating so they can be open year round and make the real money not seasonal.

the worker was BEYOND rude and got mad at me when i let her know she rung me up for too many blizzards, put m&ms instead of reese's and m&ms in the oreo mocha blizzards which was only oreo chocolate ice cream and m&ms (which aren't included) not only was the ice creams done incorrectly it was very sloppy with ice cream all down the sides and the kids weren't placed on top of the blizzards they were sloppily shoved into the ice cream creating an even bigger mess. she never gave me my recite nor change even after politely asking for it. i'm very disappointed not only with the customer service skills but with the quality of which i was served. the location was also not busy at all it was just us and one other person at this location. i loved going here but if service like this continues i will not be returning.

I have always received great service from this Dairy Queen. There is a great selection of items, but it seems like there are less actual food selections than larger locations. Also other locations have a great selection of ice cream cakes, that I do not believe are available here. There is no indoor seating as some other locations possess. But the pricing at this location seems to be better than the other locations. Parking can be limited and a little v tight during peak times.

I grew up on the dairy Queen side of town. Has always been a pretty pleasant place for moms to take us. lots of delicious flavors of sweet treats to try. My favorite, if they still have it is the Peanut Butter Parfait

Quality is steadily declining. Had our blizzard fall out of the bottom of our cup tonight... were just given a second cup to put it in despite having it drip and melt all over us through the bottom of the cup. Long wait times. (Stood in line for close to 30 min ) as they only had 2 people working. Still like the food, but the customer service is lacking.

Excellent ice cream! The only thing I wished they'd do is have one window order and the other pick up to make it easier to know who has ordered and who needs to order. The people are just randomly standing around trying to keep distance.

Only DQ in battle creek. Personally I grew up going to this location and it's so satisfying seeing this open year after year so many thanks to the owners who keep it going. The staff has always been pleasent to deal with and made me an awesome hot fudge brownie sundae. The brownie was soft and hot 2 thumbs up. Oh also they have the liquid cheese for the chili and cheese dogs. Some DQs use shredded cheese that's not that great. Definitely stop by if your in the area help keep this place in business.
