CVS never has the prescriptions I need in stock and then we have to wait 2-5 days for them to get it in. When I questioned the pharmacy about this issue it seemed that they order things on a need basis and don't pre-order, so this will continue to be an issue. I took my business elsewhere.

I love this store. All the employees are helpful and kind. The pharmacy has been improving and my prescriptions are ready quick. I love using the coupon center and receive great deals on baby, coffee and lotions are my favorite steals. The store is organized and is always clean. Great seasonal products as well.

Unbelievably incompetent. I took my prescription in to have it transferred from Rite Aid. The girl wrote down all my info from my prescription, took all my insurance info, and even checked to see if they had the medicine in stock, and asked me if I was going to wait. I said no- I will come back the next day. I asked her if she needed to keep the empty prescription container and she said no, but she could throw it away for me if I wanted. I thought that was weird so I said if you don’t NEED it, I will keep it.The next day, I called up there to see if it was ready before I drove all the way into town. The lady who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE- and said she had no record of a prescription for me. I explained what took place the day before and even described the girl that helped me. She put me on hold. After a long hold time she answered the phone like I was a new call. I told her that I needed to figure out what was going on with getting my script transferred- she said- I told you we don’t have anything for you and she put me n hold again.She left me on hold hoping I would hang up. She came on quickly and said please hold there are 5 patients before you (again like I was a new call) after I had been on hold for about 10 minutes. I know she was hoping I would just give up. After about another 12 minutes of beingon hold I finally did give up and just hung up. They have lost my business and I will never step foot in that store for any reason ever again.I’m going to tell everyone that will listen how incompetent and rude they are.

I’ve made several trips to this CVS over the years and have never had an issue. Workers have been friendly and professional and have been great at helping me with finding products or figuring out coupons.

Apparently they close for lunch at 1:30pm everyday, yet they don't have it posted anywhere. Pharmacist was very rude to me, like I should have known their damn lunch times. Will not be back.

Made appointment online for Covid-19 test and drove all the way there only to be told they are not going to do them today. If that’s the case they should’ve contacted me and told me that. I drove there for nothing.

I went to get my prescription transferred to a closer pharmacy and I started at 9 am by the time they did it it was 1230 they were rude on the phone and would put me on hold without even asking me and then they forgot about me I wouldn't use them any more

REALLY, covid testing done 7 days ago and they still can't report results, Did they lose them? Who knows....incompetent. Get your testing done somewhere else.

Rude staff, takes them forever and there are never any customers in the store. Use the CVS in Target. They even say there are complaints about the Columbia Ave store.
