Went into the office and got new filters for my house and also to schedule delivery of salt to my house. Great service everytime I go into the office. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Culligan Water of Battle Creek!

Dishonest business, I called to get a repair because my water softener went from using 3 bags a month to 6 or 7. Two different repairmen told me nothing was wrong, but couldnt explain the extra salt use. We bought the high end model because it was supposed to be the most efficient, instead I went thru 6 or 7 bags a month for years. One day after a shower that was so salty it tasted like ocean water I decided to look at it. Lowered the hardness level 1 point and it must have triggered something because my water still tests where I want it and it went back to 3 bags a month.Recently I forgot to pay the delivery bill, so they called me and I paid over the phone. It seemed high, so I checked and instead of a late fee to cover the processing of a late account, they called it a finance charge and added a processing fee on top of it. Of course they didnt finance anything, they just called it something it wasnt to sneak an extra charge in there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt before. Now I see they are just shady. That extra fee cost them my business for decades.

Everyone here is amazing. We just got a new system set up in the house and had to call a couple times to get more help. The crew is great from the receptionists (Thanks April and Holly), the salesmen (Thanks, Matt), and the installers/repairmen (Thanks, Matt). Our water was gross and they hooked us up.I'm glad we chose to go through Culligan. The support of the team and the quality of the products we had installed are awesome.I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Purchased a new home and the water is terrible despite a culligan rental unit with two tanks and salt reservoirs that have been here long term. Called for service and am unhappy with response time and results. The units are clearly not functioning properly. Getting a Wolverine system installed today. I have prior excellent results and service from them.

Culligan in Battle Creek cares about their customers! They show it with the excellent service they provide. From installing a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system to delivering salt and replacing r/o filters they do it all with care and a smile. I recommend them.

The softener system itself has performed quite well in protecting our appliances, bath furnishings and in drinkable quality. I expected that. What is as refreshing as the quality water is the excellent customer service that I've received from Battle Creek Culligan. Particulates in our water occasionally hinder the softener operation. I've had no issues getting prompt service and each time the maintainer has been very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We rent our product and are thankful for the excellent and continued service.
