Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and know their stuff for sure. I don't doubt their prices are fair for what it is, but at the same time they seem to primarily (primarily, not entirely) deal in higher end models. You can get a complete rig elsewhere of comparable size (true, size isn't everything, but I'm accounting for other aspects too, just too much of a list to detail) complete with rechargeable battery for around $60..........on the high end. There at BC Vaping Ape? Average between $120-$150 for something comparable with the key difference being the brand and batteries that are interchangeable instead of typically built-in.There's not a damn thing wrong with this place, in fact it's downright great. Just know if you buy something there of their best offering, you'll be shelling out a lot more for select specific brands (not necessarily to mean super high end, just that good luck finding it elsewhere so they can hype it up being one of a select few places that carry it) and features that most can do without. Ie, interchangeable batteries, I've had several vapes, none of them with interchangeable batteries or built-in batteries have ever been the cause of the vapes demise.It's a small business and it does more than well enough for itself. It's a plenty enough stable business that any comment about how the place is can be written off by them as either a hater of the place, someone with a personal bad run-in there and can label those comments as such knowing their impervious to a few remarks such as, because while some may read this and take note, the fact remains that, again, they already have enough of a base of customers to sustain their business. So do I have suggestions? Duh! Do I see any point whatsoever in vocalizing any of them? Absolutely none at all. At the end of it, I neither like nor dislike this place. About as neutral as possible from my perspective. But liking and respecting are two very different things. And I most certainly DO respect this place.

We are from NY, and went to 5 different vape/smoke shops with no luck on purchasing a vape. Absolutely making this our vape stop if and when we return to Michigan. And the flavor station to make your own, all we can say is WOW. Rather you are out of town or a local. This is the BEST vape shop we have found. Great service as well.

Went in looking for a certain disposable vape but they did not carry that kind. Received a recommendation of a different kind from a very nice fellow and I absolutely love it. Second time I went in, same wonderful experience, was helped by a very nice lady who also complimented my dog so bonus points lol. Third time I went in the same lady helped me and it was the same wonderful experience. They are always so very kind in there and very helpful and it's just a nice experience all around. I even got a chocolate candy last time I went, double bonus points! lol

So for a few months now my fiance and I have been going here, and I tell you what the owners and staff are amazing. I've never felt more welcome to a store than this place. They have excellent prices and flavors also! They make everything there for you so it's always fresh, and they use the highest quality ingredients. 10/10 we will continue to come to this vape shop for all of our needs! The staff there was AMAZING! The lady there who helped me made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable to be there as I get nervous going into shops for the first time. They have a plethora of juices to choose from making you want to try every one of them! And don’t worry about nicotine level, as they are licensed to increase or decrease the amount to your liking. I WILL definitely be making more trips to this store and I highly recommend you stop and visit if you’re in the area!

I recently started going here this year and the staff is always so nice. The first time my husband and I went we weren't pleased with the juice we got and asked about how to make it better, they were patient with us and explained since the juice is homemade and not heavily processed it's going to taste lighter and gave us a sweetener to add to our vape juice. It helped alot! They are also good about helping you find the right vape and recommendations for flavors. Blue Razz Slushy so far is the best and doesn't need a sweetener for a recently quitting cigarette smoker. I'm on 3 weeks of no cigarettes after 12 yrs of smoking & the juice helps when I do get a craving!

Everything about this shop is perfect... except for their hours. They open at 11am and close at 6pm. As a 3rd shift worker this is VERY inconvenient.Update: I would like to thank the people at BC Vaping Ape for having such bad hours that I had no choice but to quit vaping... so, thanks.

Great Place, Great Prices, Great Flavors. Great customer Service, and they remember you and appreciate their customers! Keri, Tim, and Jesse, and all other employees work hard to give you the info you need on vaping mods, tanks, atomizers, batteries, chargers etc. They take the time to make your experience with them pleasurable. You will want to come back. It is my go to place now and forever. I highly recommend!
