Horrible customer service, the entire place just makes me want to puke being in the presence of such grumpy well paid employees. Much rather go to family fare!! Plus they overcharge you have to watch your receipt and they don't care when you bring up the overcharge! I even showed them a picture of the tag and they acted like it was slowing them down forgive me for not wanting to be ripped off by jerks! Worst experience ever shopping there, you may save a penny but you'll take it up the bum in exchange! They even criticized me for getting more than one flavor of X item because it slowed down the ringing up process, sorry but I thought I was giving you money!!

The food and prices are great, but the man loitering in the entrance is cause for concern. The local numbers for Aldi is not listed. He chain smokes wears an American Flag cowboy hat and is either drunk or mentally ill or both. He stands by the cart return trying to collect the quarters. So it’s not exactly an inviting environment with him at the entrance.

Great prices, selection varies for limited offerings and limited selection overall. Plus still paying for bags and your shopping cart is a pain. Hey, Save-A-Lot, a comparable discount grocery store may also charge for bags, but frequently has boxes for free (Aldi's claims to, good luck actually finding any), charges nothing for a cart and has a better overall variety & selection. Sound like I'm saying go there? Kinda, but Aldi's does have a better fresh foods selection and a section of changing common needs things, like my friend just got a very nice pair of winter boots there for only $20 and random cookware is easy to find too. Plus they have a wine selection. So they offer a few things to make it so it's hard to hate on them.

Love this store produce is always good and fresher then other stores. Plus the price is always cheaper! Lately meat shelves have been bare so watch out for that!

The staff is very friendly and quick too! They had a machine malfunction while we were there and they handled it like champs! They were cool even as a Karen berated them for the checkout that had to be closed due to the before mentioned machine malfunction. Total professionals! I always have a great experience here!

I love the store and prices what I don't like is that you no longer have the ability to call the store because they want you to color 1-800 number which is only automated. You are not allowed to ask any questions. It tells you don't get to call any local stores because they don't have enough staff to answer phones. I needed to know if they had a wheelchair or a electric cart because I was on crutches and I was not able to find that out online at or through their app. So luckily we were fortunate to find out an electric car when we get there, but had we not been able to it would have been a wasted trip and if we have any questions about what they have, what they are carrying with their out of, etc. You no longer have that ability to talk to anybody. They are following the trend of many places and companies and businesses are didn't no longer answer phones to customers and that is very frustrating. I usually will not use that business any longer but they are worth it for prices and their produce is pretty good.

This is the first Aldi store in BC. Great prices on most everything thing in the store. Good frozen seafood selection. Good range of dairy products and condiments. Great but limited selection of fresh beef and chicken very good quality. They seem to have some rather random items but always at a low price.

Aldi is an excellent store!!! ❤Has what you need for food, from fresh produce 👌 to good meat an "everything in between" its a great discount store.🏆Did you know Aldi originaly came from Germany to the USA in 1970's ? Has 110-140 stores in Michigan I think.They have great customer service, friendly atmosphere, clean, efficient & proper the flow of the Aldi stores are great. 💯It's cool that they have the quarter idea for the carts I don't think other stores have that .💫Also, I believe they recycle the boxes after their used and let you choose to buy a re-usable bag or use your own. 🗨Aldi is environmentally friendly and cheap but its good product & produce. ❤I highly recommend to them. Please try them out.💥I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. ✅

They are friendly and clean. They are definitely understaffed every time I go into any Aldis. They seem to only ever run one register due to a lack of employees in the building no matter how long that one line is.

Everything is priced very reasonable in comparison to to most other grocery stores. It's usually pretty easy to get in and out very fast and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I went to Aldi because I seen that ground beef was on sale for $9.95 for 5 pounds so I wanted to get a couple of those because I feel that's a great deal. As I walked thru the store I seen a few extra items that I felt was a good deal so I definitely decided to grab those things and I didn't realize til I got home but I looked at my receipt and seen that the prices on it didn't fully match up with my receipt so I paid a extra $1.17. Which to some may not be a big deal but to me it is because let's say this happens another time or so or it happens to other shoppers it can really add up and it's just not right. Please Aldi please fix your prices I know we are all human but I can't afford to over pay for my groceries. Thanks. Tried calling the store to notify someone about what happened but unfortunately Aldi doesn't have a direct store telephone number so I wasn't able to reach out to a manager. I live 14 miles away so I wasn't gonna waste gas and time so I wrote this review to let hopefully Aldi know about the situation hoping they read this and fix the issues.

The one on Columbia has different stuff sometimes than the one on Beckley Rd, and it's not as clean.We need a location closer to urbandale and pennfield area

I went to a larger grocery store in search of garlic powder. When I couldn't find any, I decided to try Aldi rather than drive across town to another large grocery store. The Aldi store was clean and the employees were very polite. I founrld my garlic powder for a third of the price that the big box store had it listed. Aldi definitely has my business from now on!

Love this store. Living on a budget, this store I get so much. Aways stocked. Associates always helpful and cheerful. Clean store inside and out. Love the no free bag policy. Recycle or reuse is so much better for the environment. Renting a cart is such a great idea, I have never had a cart left in the lot blocking parking spaces.

This store is the epitome of efficiency. Everything is within easy reach, no high shelves to have you reaching for an item, the prices on all of their items are amazingly affordable and the quality of their products is fantastic so you can shop for the whole family and provide them with delicious food for the whole month without breaking the bank. The cashiers are all very friendly and highly skilled at their jobs which makes checkout a breeze. Highly recommend

Great products at a low price. The employees are always very helpful.Make sure you bring your own bags (or you can buy some there). You will also need a quarter to use their carts. It's a great way for them to make sure the carts are returned so you get your quarter back.
