Loved the whole experience coming here. My dog needed care for a skin allergy, she looked terrible and they made me feel so relieved. It's been a week since our visit and she's already doing so much better!! The vet and the staff were all very informative. I was not pushed to purchase things. The cost for care was exceptionally reasonable. We found our new vet 🙌

I started coming here about two years ago when I moved to the area. My parents recommended them. The staff is incredible and always so willing to help, along with the doctor. The pricing is great especially for the service they give you. I bring my dog and cat here. My cat was a stray and they were so good with him and he was very comfortable with them handling him. 10/10 would recommend to anybody to come here.

OUTSTANDING VET CLINIC!!! I moved my dog to this Doctor after my friend told me about them. I drive about 45 minutes to get there and it’s worth every mile. They are truly amazing here. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. McAllister has put in many hours of her own time emailing me back and forth to answer any question or concern I have and helping me get his sugar under control. I just can’t state enough how amazing the Doctor is and she has an incredible staff behind her. So thankful for them!!

Update 12/18/22: I been taking my cats here for years. Dr. McCallister is amazing! Her staff is exceptional. Chris is always a pleasure to talk to. My Duchess is no stranger to this place. When I take her home, she always seems so thankful because now she feels better. Thursday’s are usually the doctors surgery days but allows emergency visits. That speaks volumes and shows just how much McCallister truly cares about her clients. I know Duchess appreciates it. I’ll forever be thankful for this place for saving my cats lives.

Dr. McAllister and staff are fabulous. I would not take my kitten anywhere else. Dr. McAllister is incredibly knowledgeable about animals and kind. I’ve been taking my family’s pets here for years. I recently got a kitten and their office was able to get me on the books for vaccines and surgery promptly. They also have an app so you can track your pet’s care over time. I love this modern amenity at the clinic.

I've brought my dog here since she was a pup and she's going on 11 now. Even when I moved away, I made the drive. Dr. McAlister is wonderful.Update: 2024 I bring all three of my dogs here, including the one previously mentioned. My anxious bully pit just went and while she was nervous they were so patient with her and ultimately did great!

Dog is now afraid of his paws being touched and is snippy immediately after being neutered, had a hard time getting gauze on his leg where IV was used.Counter lady extremely rude when asking questions regarding charge consistency

Being a young adult, I am used to being treated poorly with professionals just because of my age. I have never been so mistreated and honestly humiliated by any business. I took my cat here to get him fixed and they had me take him home with his stitches open and him bleeding all over his carrier, the floor and he was covered in blood. The excuse they gave me was that they wanted to cuddle him instead of fix the stitching and open wounds.

We have been clients here for over 30 years. Dr. McAllister is kind, thorough, and an extremely good vet. She retains excellent staff with little turnover. I wish they had weekend hours, but I can't recommend them highly enough for overall small animal care.

Please do not take your pets here. The office staff has no empathy and will make you feel stupid for asking basic questions or sharing your concerns. I've never been talked down to or treated as bad by a business as I have in my experience here. I don't like leaving bad reviews for businesses but I cannot stress enough that you should take your pets elsewhere. These people do not care about you or your pets.
