The store is clean no problem. When I came to shop. The first time it was with me and husband and my child the employees was nice. This time the employees are Rude and employees act like they don’t know nothing. The young lady PAYTYN she laugh at me because I ask for hair. And PAYTYN said along with the employees said myself need a wig and I said this don’t need a wig and the employees still laugh.The elderly lady and young person and myself said it was not funny. How can I report the store.

they have a little of everything, great prices i love it here, the employees are nice and helpful and i spend well over an hour here just looking and deciding what i want they literally have like everything and i still can't believe how good the prices are. highly recommend for christmas shopping as this would be a one stop shop

Never been in a merchandise outlet before and it's a great store has so much stuff and I love the prices. I moved to Baldwin last august from grand rapids. Was missing my favorite stores but since shopping here I've found alot of the brands I love. So happy you guys have a location here.

The store is ok, it’s the RUDE employees I don’t like. They need to learn how to treat customers. Almost every time I shop there the employees are nasty. I won’t go back there or recommend this place.
