My father came in today and bought a 50lb bag of fertilizer mind you he is 65 yrs old pure white hair hump on his back very noticeable and not one employee or manager helped him put in the car the lady that drove him there was on oxygen so she couldn't help I can not believe this store did not offer to help a senior so I called asked to speak to manager she said she was the manager on the phone told her the issue and she acted like it wasn't no big deal SHAME ON YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY of bad axe

Went in to purchase sand. Pulled my truck up to the pallet. Went in to purchase sand. The cashier couldn't find the barcode in the quick reference book. She had absolutely no desire to help. I went across the street to Ace and got the exact sand I wanted (play sand) TS only had all purpose. Next time you wonder how Ace makes it with TS, HD or Lowes. This is how. They actuly care about customer service. Thank you Ace.

I love shopping here. The store is bright, clean and not cluttered. They have a clean restroom. Employees are friendly and ready to help you. I get all of my pet supplies and bird food here weekly. Prices are very comparable to other stores.

My 18 month old son and I were doing some Christmas shopping and stopped here to look for trucks and tractors that interested him. We found lots of farm related toys that he liked as well as an excellent selection of bird food, our other reason for the stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They store was busy but the staff was handling the registers and customer service desk without an great backups. The store was very clean and we'll organized.

Love my local TSC great selection of seasonal clothing and boots... bought 2 Cowboy hats from them at have held up great. The staff is more than helpful and very friendly. Just great over all shopping!

I love this store! They have a great deal of items for men AND women. Really cute decorations for the house. I could spend alot of time in there and heads up, nice plants and trees in the Spring.

Unfortunately TSC is the only place for men to buy work boots locally. It's difficult to find the sizes most men in this area need. Sizes 10-12 Extra Wide are always out of stock. So I put in a request. Gave my phone number and email for a rain check. YUP. Three weeks later I call the store because no one called. They had a pair in the back. Drove right up to get them, at full price. I did tell corporate they their website, never received a response from them. Farming is difficult enough without dealing with these issues.

We went there today to fill a 20lb propane cylinder. The lady with the red hair was nice enough until she said " I can't fill this, there is no certification sticker". Ok 🤣😂😂

Mangers treat their employees lower than dogs even though they have a Drs slip starting they have to eat quite frequently small portions and they wouldn't let her even at times take any breaks.

Bought a Cub cadet Roto tiller from here. Bolts already have fallen out because they were not torqued correctly. Also, the throttle cable doesn't work due to improper installation.
