I went to shoe sensation in bad axe to buy work boots and I was greeted by the manager, who was extremely nice and professional. She helped me find the work boots that worked for me and also helped me find a pair of boots that would work best for hiking and what I should be looking for in a hiking boot. I could not recommend shoe selection more. She also did mention that if they had a shoe/boot on there website that I liked more that they could order it in for me.

Bought my wife a pair of shoes she wore them a sort time the next day . Both the shoes rubbed on the top of her feet drawing blood tried to return them store would not take them back store policy called corporate they did nothing the manger of the store lied to us and to corporate will never go back such a pity when the bottom line is more important than the customer I remember when the customer was always right not now better service at Walmart cheaper as well

Worst customer service ever!!!! Shoes broke within two weeks, I have original box and debit receipt but they cannot replace without actual receipt!!! Shoes break in two weeks and you don’t stand by your shoes!!! Horrible service!!!!!
