The person at the cash register was obviously new. Hopefully she will be learning more about the store and the products they carry. All 3 other employees we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I do like the stores but was a bit of a mess in this one. Different Things in the way from restocking stuff boxes ladders carts.Had a few things on my list to get and over 3 of then had no price on or near what I needed . No price no sale!!!!!It's not the first time any of this at this bad axe store. They need to step up there game. Surprising Sandusky store is better as keeping it clean and nothing left blocking the isles. They do have some things no prices and have found at both no tag for what is on the shelf.Disappointed. I think it's a lack of pride in what you are doing.

Employees placed the wrong chainsaw in the wrong spot and actually gave me a completely different saw than expected and won't honor a refund. I was under the impression the saws were just a different color scheme but the saw is a completely different model than I thought I purchased. It definitely not the one they had on the shelf for the indicated price. I need a refund, I have no use for this saw. It Can't cut through a 4" log without stopping the chain multiple times. This is a mistake made by the employees and they should expect upset customers with these types of mistakes. I wasn't upset about it all until they denied a refund. I'll take my business to TSC where they will return a saw. You can see saws on the shelf at TSC that were purchased, used fairly well, then returned. Only they weren't misadvertised like at Family Farm and Home who refuses to honor a refund when this is all their fault in the first place. The wrong saw is still sitting there even though they were aware of it yesterday when I purchased the wrong saw. What does this say about your business?

I love going in here. My niece and I both bought chick's from 2 different stores and neither one of us lost any of the chick's. This has never happened. We bought chickens from another store in the past and we both lost at least 2 depending on the amount we bought. I will stick to you guys in the future for chicks.

I love going their!! My step mom and dad get their chickens from them and their healthy as ever!! The stuff there is good quality and their family events are amazing!! My daughter loved their Easter event this year :)

I came in to purchase 2 Picnic Tables that were on sale. The cashier pointed me toward them. I looked at them and all 5 that were left were damaged. I went back to the cashier and she kept on waiting on everyone in line and continuing to come in line as I continued to stand there. Someone else came to help, but seemed very reluctant to issue me a raincheck. In other words, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I don't know who I enjoy more the employees or the customers you're always going to get taken care of well in here the prices seem like a dollar higher or more higher than you know Walmart or something but it's a good quality product they will work with you and if you have any questions about machinery or or chickens to let you know I give them two thumbs up

Not so good. I ordered 3 items from 2 other stores. Only 1item came to the Bad Axe. Still waiting on the other 2. I was told the district manager is the only one that can deliver them. Well he's busy for the next 2 weeks. I ordered these item's 2 weeks ago. I was told at that time it would be a week to 10 days. That was fine. Now i have to wait another 2 weeks not cool. So I'm not a very happy customer. The young man who helped me out at the beginning was awesome.

Edit: was at register wondering why it takes so long to get checked out among my wife and I and an employee got offended and confronted us about it and tried to make out like we were insulting her. Lately every other time we come in there's some kind of issue and we're standing there waiting for the employees.

Bought a generator thier less than a week ago.. this week they are on sale for 200 dollars off. They refuse to honor the sale price. And of course with a generator that I put 3 hours on breaking it in you can not return. I did like the store. But tractor supply has all the same stuff. And they honor their sales flyers after purchase.Edit: they reached out after my review and fixed the problem. We got the sale price on our generator.

The store is nicely laid out, similar to the old Quality Farm and Fleet from my childhood. Prices are decent and they have a wide range of animal food, pen materials, tools and sell Generac generators.
