What a fantastic experience we had with Ashley! From our salesperson, Jean, to Vern who measurered for carpet, to Brian who installed the carpet, to Justin that arranged for our furniture delivery, to Carson and Ben who brought our gorgeous new couch and loveseat...everyone was exceptionally talented, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone did a great job. We love how our 140+ year old house turned out and will not hesitate to recommend Ashley Home Store to everyone we know needing home furnishings. Many thanks to all the Bad Axe staff for putting the final touches on our beautiful new, old home.

Great communication on delivery window! Carson and Bennet , both very courteous, carried everything in being very conscientious of walls and door frames. They then set up the couch’s and chair and tested them to ensure everything worked. Very satisfied customers!

We purchased a power loveseat and two power recliners. The delivery gentlemen from Ashley Furniture in Bad Axe, Michigan, Ben and Jacob, were very kind, efficient, pleasant and courteous. They called, as promised 20 minutes out of arriving, and arrived on time. They carried in all the furniture, set them up and plugged them in. You couldn’t ask for anything more. They even took a second to pet my old doggie Abby, who wanted to assist them. Again, my experience with the store was great and the delivery process, even better. Matt was very helpful at the Bad Axe, location with all the details with our new furniture purchase in regards to delivery and set up, Jacob and Brandon was very professional with delivery, they both removed our old furniture and set up our new furniture nicely, they even placed the new pillows nicely on the furniture. Quean size bed frame and mattress.Is it only me thinks that the mattress should be loose in the frame and move around .Unfortunately no help what so ever from the shop to solve our issues or even interested to help .Frame being longer than mattress injury happens .Looks like I’m stuck with my problemsBe aware where you shop shoppers .
