I like the convenience of having a well stocked hardware close. I do not like the attitude and poor customer service I get from the bald guy, he has always had attitude with me and today I finally walked out. Two days ago different staff different experience. Will not be shopping in there if he is there.

They are a great hardware store great service the people know there stuff. I'm from out of town and I'm a contractor so I see a lot of stores this is a great one

Bald headed guy not very helpful man is a tool said they could not warenty craftsman tools when it say right on the product life time warenty of any craftsman had said it’s a small business when the building huge and has low stock when having the rachet for warenty in stock went to Lowe’s gave me the exact same rachet don’t waste your time at that place if your looking for quality and enshrinement on warranty!😂

Bald headed guy was eude and not even close to beinf helpful. Ieft and took business elsewhere! Far from the helpful hardware man! I told him what I needed and he pointed. It's over there after looking for it for 10 minutes I finally left.

I'm new to the area, and I stopped in to grab some flat washers to complete a project at home, changing the drawer knobs on the dresser.The screws that came with the new knobs were too long, so the knobs would spin. I knew flat washers, stacked if needed, would fix that.The associates were friendly, pointing me to the aisle I needed, and I was quickly able to find a variety pack of flat washers from there. A quick and painless checkout process later and I was back at home finishing the project!5/5, Auburn Ace Hardware! I'll be back for sure!

Much needed hardware store in a small town.Only let down is the website will say an item is in stock and available at this location. Yet 40% of the time it's not. Which is not the stores fault.Good job to the Auburn team!

Just had the most rude retail encounter of my life here. The young man that was working was polite and helpful, but the older gentleman with the shaved head swore when I walked in, was huffing and puffing the entire time that I shopped (roughly 3 minutes) and couldn't get me out the door fast enough. I'd rather give my business to a local store, but after this experience, I'll be going to the big box places instead. Get it together.

For a small town hardware store they have a large selection and very helpful staff; save yourself a trip to the big box stores and buy here instead.

Lots of helpful and courteous employees. Noticed the store is quite busy and stocks a good selection of typical hardware items including paint mixing, 2X wood, pet foods & toys, and can even fill your propane cylinder so you can get on with grilling dinner! Pricing is competitive too. No need to travel extra miles to find the hardware you need.

Management is rude!!! I miss the old owners and employees. No one helps or attempts 2 help. Very lazy. Half the time they don't even have what you're looking for. Employees will never EVER go outta their way for you.It's clear it's a job and a job only. One young manger (ALEX) is always grumpy. Don't know what your problem is bud but find a new job kid

Rude. Not helpful. I have been there 5-6 times since Ace took over. The 3 times I asked any questions they were meet with rude attitude and unnecessary comments. The other visits were small purchases that couldn't be ruined I guess. Won't go there unless desperate.
