My dog is a rescue and has always had issues with people touching his feet. We’ve taken him to the vet, tried different groomers and no one could get his nails trimmed. I walked into Emmy’s and let them know and in 5 minutes my dog came back out with his nails trimmed. These are the kindest, best people I have ever encountered and I will be a customer for life. Thank you so much Emmy and staff!

I had to take my Puppy for a grooming and then, by the time he was ready to pick up, my puppy was crying loud in pain, I get to see blood on the table when asked they replied rude....I figured out that They flickered entire nail and thats what bleeding bad.Definitely not recommended!!!!!!

We just visited here yesterday, and within 2 hours my dog was a super star!!! Emmy and her staff are sure to have your dog enjoy their visit! They’re quick, kind, affordable, and most important theyre happy to have your dog there. They are quick to communicate with you and update you. I will bring my dog here EVERY time he needs groomed!!!

Emmy was great with my senior dog she sat on the floor with us to trim his nails and offered to sit outside on the grass to make him more comfortable. Nails were only $10 and she gave him an adorable scarf 💙

I took my puppy in on 2/13 to be bathe and groomed. My experience was absolutely amazing. I’ve taken my puppy to a few places but this place exceeded all of my expectations. They asked me how did I want my puppy cut and they did it exactly how I wanted. We will definitely be going back.

This place is amazing and so are the people who work there. I called very desperately needing a grooming appointment for my older, small breed dog. She had been very sick and needed to get in this week and they fit her in on my day off and the experience was unbelievable from start to finish. Carmen did an amazing job and was so sweet and assuring that she would be in great hands and she was! We will not go anywhere else now and I can’t wait for my other dog to see Carmen next week.

5 stars! First groomer used in Michigan since moving here and couldn't have been more pleased! The groomers did a wonderful job on the wash and cut on my husky/malamute mix and were very friendly as well! Will be back!!!

I have been taking my 2 West Highland terriers to Emmy’s Pampered for the last 10 years. The staff is always very accommodating….cuts them how I want, longer in the winter, shorter in the summer. My dogs always come home looking fabulous, I will never go anywhere else!

I take my 9 yr old Pomeranian yo the auburn hills location and they do such a wonderful job every single time and it is so reasonably priced, get all the bang for your buck!;) $40 for wash, deep conditioning treatment, cut, blowout, nail trimming, and tooth brushing! You can walk in or call and get appt same day, which is wonderful! Loraline always takes care of my baby boy! They complete each grooming session with a fun monthly themed bandana!! Definitely recommended !!

Recently I got service from the company for my dog and I asked for a little trim, and when I came back she was completely shaved and it seem like they rushed the service and didn’t take the time out to groom her properly. Not to mentioned it’s extremely cold outside and my dog has no fur. HORRIBLE GROOMER DONT TAKE YOUR DOG !!!!

This was my second time bringing my dog Scout in and when I brought him home I noticed he was either burnt or cut. When I came to pick him up the groomer never even said anything about it. I called today to speak to a manager and though she was friendly was not very apologetic and only offered a free grooming service, I kindly asked if once she spoke to whoever groomed him she could call me back and let me know what happened and I never received any sort of follow up. Needless to say I will not be bringing either of my dogs back here.

Talking about trying to justify hurting doggies and not accepting your faults. “Your one star doesn’t affect us because our business has been running for 18 years” Then why is your work unprofessional as hell? it really comes to show that you don’t care about the doggies at all

I’ve been taking my dogs here for years. Today I went to pay so my son could pick her up later and the price was $10.00 more than last time. Nothing was said to me when I made my appointment, nor was there a sign up saying prices have gone up. The lady at the desk asked what kind of dog she is and I said wheaten. She than tells me that wheaten’s have always been $65.00. I showed her the canceled check from when I paid in august and low and behold it was $50.00. Than the lady says that it was another girl who did it and the price went up. Which is it? Did the price go ip or have wheatens always been $65.00. She back peddled and said the price went up. The point is not the $10. It’s the fact that they just make up prices whenever they want without telling the customer, than make it seem like I was wrong.

This was my first time taking my 4 month old CavaPoo “BJ” to the groomers. Everyone was so nice and made me and Bj comfortable. He’s so soft and fluffy like the teddy bear I imagined. Thank you Carmen! We will definitely be regulars here!

We took our mini- Bernedoodle here for the first time this past weekend. The staff is very polite. Emmy greeted us and showed us her shop. They did a great job with Marvin; he looks fabulous. The whole process took less than 2 hours and we felt the price was reasonable. Very close to our home and easy parking. We even received a follow up call from Emmy that evening thanking us for coming in. My daughter loved the cute bandanna they had put on him. We will be back.

I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after this last visit, I will NOT return! I made an appointment in advance for a haircut and bath. I dropped him off at 11am and 20 minutes later they called saying he was done and ready to be picked up. I questioned how quick the service was but they didn't say anything. Once I got him home and really looked his haircut over, he wasn't blended in, his nails weren't filed down, the hair between his pads weren't cut and his ears weren't cleaned. AND I ASKED if all of that was included!!!! I called and asked to speak to the owner and was told she wasn't available that she would call me back when she returned. NO CALL!!! I called again the next day and was told she was given my message and will call when she gets to it... STILL NO CALL!!! I really tried to stay with this company because the location is convenient and I "thought" they were really nice but this is NOT good customer service at all! I dont appreciate being treated as if my concern isn't important.

They all ways make my dog look his best . It's real easy to just walk in and get there nails cut too ... My other dog is real hyper and they cut his nails no problem . They are super nice . Might be busy from time to time but they are awsome there. Appointments are easy to make but I did have one last time I took him in and they were no problem and squeezed him in . There prices are real reasonable I'm not a person with a lot of money but Buddy deserves a good haircut.

Very quick. Cheapest grooming. ALOT of dogs get cut tho, so safety is a concern.Nice group of ppl, but minor cuts can cause infections if not careful
