This store is the worst Burlington to ever shop at. The store is always nasty and disorganized, management have no costumer service skills. Having a line of over 50 costumers waiting to check out with one registered open to help guests. Management and district mangers simple watch and do nothing to help costumer or their fellow associate. When ask the manager of the store to get more support for the cashier they act like they can not open a register to help with cashing out costumers. Spend your money elsewhere, this store does not care for their costumers or their associates.

This is the most unkempt store I have ever seen. I do not understand how the cashier lines are so long; who can find anything in here? It's worse than thrifting. Xanax is required for shopping at this location.

Prices are good. But on Sunday, after waiting 30 minutes in line to check out, the line barely moved & there were about 25-30 people ahead of us. We left without making our purchase since the wait to checkout was going to be over an additional hour.

Burlington outlets are everywhere but this Burlington in lakeshore crossing is simply outstanding for family , good place to purchasing for entire family be it garments, footwear, jackets or home goods

Store needs some organization it was clattered. And the line took forever with one clerk checking out. The line was wrapped around and they never sent that lady help. Although she was polite.

I used to love this store but lately it’s not worth it long lines no help stores trashed from morning to night nothings organized longer lines then theme parks I have walked out every time I have went in this year 2023 empty handed merchandise on the floor 3 people at the door but nothings being recovered on the sales floor no one’s friendly I’m not even sure if they have a manager or even understand the concept of a stores appareannce if people can’t shop they can’t checkout if they can’t check out they can’t purchase it’s a vicious cycle and I’m very disappointed in my last few trips to the store they need to train there managers and employees better because it looked worse then Black Friday in there on several occasionsUpdate 4/26/23This store is a pathetic excuse for a mall front location .. the store had 0 carts due to all the go backs not being put back McDonald’s shakes on the floor in the checkout area the impulse area of checking out was a complete disaster 1 employee for the entire store because someone was at lunch sad excuse for a store merchandise all over the floors being walked on like rugs customers complained about long lines no help no carts not clean I’m not even sure if this store has a manager or what because working in retail you must recover the store during down times u have to have staff before you open and after you close staff that’s working dressing rooms need to double on the floor as recovering it … I’m so disappointed in this store as I’m a huge Burlington fan but it’s way different up here then in Florida stores are ran so much different

Found a single shoe on the ground and brought it up to the checkout line to see if they had the other shoe. The gentleman took the time to go to the back and find the other shoe and brought it up to get checked out. I wear a men's size 14. Finding shoes at any discount store for that size is not easy. I appreciate their help and effort. Not to mention the fellow was nice and friendly (during boxing week).

The place is a mess. I 100% believe they have an inventory problem. We were there in the morning, so not after a long day of chaos, and there was countless merchandise shoved in corners and underneath the aisle separators. The shoes were completely jumbled and unorganized by size, as were the clothes and the whole place looked more like a flea market than it ever has. I put 3 stars instead of one bc the prices are decent.

Can anyone please explain why, at the busiest time of the year, this store has 100 customers in line and only 2 tills are open???? The store looks like a disaster, and I didn’t see a single staff member working on the floor the entire two times I was in the store within the same day - once around 12pm and again at 6:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is a horrible store. So messy, not organized and every we time go we stand in line for at least 20 mins with only a few people in line. Cashiers are super slow and chat with other cashiers while ringing out. They individually put hangers back and don’t have any motivation to get the next customer through. I’d rather pay more somewhere else.

I would recommend not going to this store they charged us for a outfit and Cologne forgot to give us a bag and they won’t help us want us to wait days till they decide to look at the cameras they should be looking at them right away but they we ok taking our $300

Only thing I remember from my childhood about this store is how ridiculously long and slow the lines are to checkout we literally where in line for 20 minutes and it didn’t move I had over $200 in items I put them back and left you guys are missing out on money because you won’t hire proper help

Wow this was war last night. I was here this morning when they open at 9am so that was nice but inside the store was disaster. Shoppers if you take stuff from shelves please put them back . Nobody will buy dirty pillows from the floor. I feel sorry for the shift in the morning they have a lot work to fix the store.

Large store with a lot to choose from. I have been here a few times and the line is always very long. You have to wait at least a half hour to check out because it’s always under staffed.

I have nothing to say that hasn't already been said a month ago.. this is insane...I felt like I was walking through a trash can.. I wouldn't trust anything in this store to have not been on the floor which hasn't been cleaned aside from when they push everything on the floor under the racks with the rest of the trash

They don't carry a good selection of men's shoes or active wear anymore, unless you're looking for RBX, X-Ray, and Guess shoes/clothing, then this is your spot! They have plenty of those 😆. Also, the lines are usually excessively long with not many registers open to serve customers.

Very rude employee. Huge line at the store, only 2 registers open. She didn't bother on greeting (in or out) and had us wait doing I don't know what before scanning our items. Then she didn't say our total and after a couple minutes I had to ask her if she was waiting on an approval or something cause she was just standing there. We had to ask her for a receipt and then she just left the register. Store is a mess, huge lines because of employees like her. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.Receipt shows cashier Gale.

In terms of the store itself, this location is somewhat clean, decently organized and spaced out. However it’s when you go to check out that all the problems start, on a normal day (average capacity foot traffic) at best, the line took about 45 minutes. One cashier was moving along at a snails pace, careless as to what was going on around her. Another whom I assume to be the manager didn’t even open a register, and the only one working was a poor pregnant woman. 2 cashiers for a roller coaster amusement park line, and 0 hustle makes me never want to shop here again.

I can't stand the mess that it has all the time and very few cashiers , horrible queues and it's a shame because it's very popular because of the good prices and the enormous variety of items for everything that you can find. I think they should hire more staff to collect and organize in addition to cashiers and perhaps improve the salary to encourage people to work

I thought I would return some thing from a different Burlington and maybe shop while I was in the mall. I have been in line for over 45 minutes so far. Still not at the register yet. Only two cashiers, the line is wrapped around, and no one seems to care.I will never return.**I tried emailing as requested. After hitting send, a spinning wheel appears, then disappears. Nothing on the screen changes. There is no indication it was successfully submitted. More frustration!!**

This store is one of the worst stores in Michigan. Stuff don’t know how to treat with customers and specially 3 years children. I ask stuff why she doing that to my kids and why she is rude her answer is THIS IS MY STORE GET OUT from here. She just show me her power. I spend $282 here and i feel like 0 customers setisfaction.
