Please do not take your dogs here! I used Mary today for grooming for my almost year old Cavapoo puppy. They told me to drop her off at 9am I was there a little after 9. The door was locked and I knocked a couple of times no answers. I went out to my truck and called in twice and no answers but then I saw a girl walking past a couple of time and she looked out the window and saw me and never came to open the door. Finally I just stood there for 10-15 minutes knocking occasionally and she came to the door. She wasn’t kind at all when I came in. Mary the groomer finally came out and took my puppy she was very kind to her and loving towards her. I asked her to trim around her butt and also a little around her face. When my husband went to pick her up they shaved off her whiskers on her nose and trimmed it very short I asked the groomer when I dropped her off to clean her ears and when she got home her ears were full of ear wax and she broke out in a rash. She also shaved her belly which I’m unsure of why. When I called back to speak with someone about why they shaved her whiskers the lady who answered the phone wasn’t kind. She told me the groomer would call me back and she did. She told me dogs don’t need their whiskers she looked it up and to tell her next time if I don’t want her whiskers shaved off. It’s my fault I should have told her I didn’t want them shaved but the groomer I took her to before didn’t do this. I thought it was common knowledge not to shave a dogs whiskers. They need them for sensory. I would not recommend sending your babies to this place.

These folks are fantastic! I live in another state and my mom had to have emergency surgery. They took 2 dogs on short notice and have made sure they have the proper food and care without even knowing how long they were going to need to stay! 10 stars in my book!

My parents always used them. So, when it came time to board my 2 Belguim Malinois, I went to them. My dogs were there for 12 days and they took such great care of my babies. I can not tell them how much I love their work and care for the dogs under their care. I will be making sure to keep using them.

We take our three corgis there for grooming. They do a fabulous job! We have one problem during child that Acts like a fish out water. They treat her with kindness and just get the job done!

This place by far is the best animal boarding hands down. Very courteous helping in reassuring owners excellent care. We were so nervous about having to board our loving dog. However, the staff is so kind and gentle and after pick up he was so happy actually turned around and thought he was going to stay again. Don't punish your pet, let them stay at this five star hotel with low rates.

My two dogs came home with kennel cough. One dog with diarrhea and a rash too. I haven't had any problems with this kennel in the past. Pretty disappointed, when I called them to let them know, they were fully aware it's been a problem for sometime now. My vet said the last 8 months, they've seen cases from this kennel. They offered to reimburse the cost of the medicine but all I want is for them to shut down a couple of days and do a thorough cleaning/disinfectant. So other dogs don't have to go through this..

We boarded our dogs at the facility while on vacation. During their stay there was an outbreak of kennel cough. The owner confirmed with us that on a Wednesday they had veterinarian services out to treat a case of kennel cough at their facility. We picked our dogs up that Sunday to find that our dogs had been infected as well. We were never informed that there was an outbreak at the facility. I am unsure but I’m very positive that no other dog owner was informed that there was an outbreak either. I asked the owner why we weren’t contacted. Her response was.”Well what were you going to do, come off of vacation?” I would have sent someone to pick up my dogs that very day and perhaps they wouldn’t have gotten sick. It is negligent to assume that my dogs had no underlying health issues that could be complicated further by Kennel cough. It was negligent not to inform us about an outbreak. When we called our vets office, the staff told us that this facility contributes to the majority of the cases of Kennel Cough that they treat and that my story, of not being notified, was similar to almost all of the dog owners who’s dogs where treated . Its my opinion that the owner of this facility cares more about generating an income then the promise she makes to love and care for the animals she boards at her facility. No animal should be entrusted into her care.

It was my first time ever boarding my dogs and I was a bit nervous, however the friendly and professional atmosphere gave me confidence in them which put me at ease. It was very easy to schedule, drop off, and pick up. The cost was very reasonable. We enjoyed our long weekend knowing they were in good hands. I had them both bathed, cut, and nails while they were there and they came home clean and happy. I definitely recommend using them and will have them watch my boys in the future.

Failed to inform us prior to drop off, or at drop off that kennel cough was going around in their facility. We would not have taken or left our dogs. Per a phone call to the owner Nora, she said it had been going around for 3 weeks prior to my dogs arriving there & then told me I was the only one to complain. I stated that we had not been informed prior or at pick up either. They should have closed down to protect the animals. She was very rude and loud, and argumentative on the phone & said there was nothing she could do about it. Protect your fur babies and find an honest boarding facility!!!

M-66 Kennel is a Business I highly unrecommend to any pet owner who cares about their dogs. My experience with them was: NOT following instructions for feeding my dogs. NOT giving medication adequately. The grounds were covered in excess feces that wasn't cleaned off my dog when he slipped & fell in it. Thankfully my trip got cut short & my dogs are home Safely. 🙏💞🙏
