Since the first slow-cooked Chuck roast, we were hooked. I didn't know beef could be packed with that much flavor!The beef, pork and lamb are all exquisite.Clean, local meat is of critical importance to us, especially these days. We are happy to continue to support Burgher Family Farm!

The business is so good. I know the owners personally and they provide excellent products of their labor. They are down hearted folks that care for their customers. One of my favorites is the Beef Snack Sticks.

I buy some of their meat for my raw fed cats. So far, my cats have had their pork heart, pork liver, beef tongue and pork cutlet! I've also used some of their beef 'dog bones' to make bone broth. Well, my cats seem to like it! I've personally asked them how they like the taste and texture of the meat, but they have been giving me the silent treatment. Me, a human, (definitely not cat!!) has had the pleasure to try the cottage bacon, which has incredible flavor. I've also eaten hardwood smoked bacon, and snack sticks. Without a doubt, very tasty meat and great for your pets if you are interested in going the raw route! P.S I eat everything cooked, in case anyone was worried I was also ingesting raw meat.

Amazing quality! Purchased a brisket from them and it was absolutely hands down the best quality I’ve come across. Did steaks from them in a blind taste test with Costco prime grade steaks and they were unanimously picked as the favorite. Unmatched quality, I’m just hoping not to many find out about this spot

The beef and pork we have gotten from Jay is, hands down, the best around and the customer service is just as good as the meat! Doing business with Jay is always a pleasure and we won't get our meat anywhere else.
