The in-store shopping experience is excellent! But I can’t always get there and things I order are often too heavy for me to carry. They offer online shopping and delivery after you reach a certain amount. Their online shopping is horrible. Their web people can’t seem to get this site up and running properly. It’s either down or presents multiple problems when trying to add things to the cart. The worst partIs the final checkout. It fails to move through the steps and always freezes. This is not an issue at my end. Very disappointed. If you’re going to provide online shopping, at least keep your website up-to-date. I want to support local. But the Chewy site is much more user friendly.

I love this location. The staff is always VERY friendly and they carry cat food that I can't find at many other pet stores. Sometimes my favorite cat food isn't available but that's because of national shortages and isn't the fault of the store. However, I know that I can always find a great substitute with all of the options that they have!

I love Pet Supplies Plus! They have great selection of pet needs. Their prices seemed good. I love that they carry Hills Science Diet! They’re helpful if you call & are looking for something in particular & are happy to check for you! One of my favorite Pet stores in Ann Arbor.

Amazing service! The manager Ashley had no problems helping me find what I needed and answering all my questions. The staff is always super helpful with assisting me during my shopping. Overall a fantastic experience!

Great selection of variety, corporate not great at recognizing that hamsters need at least 8 inch wheels . They had several 4 inch wheels. Watched one little guy in deep funk on wheel struggling. Staff says it’s corporate guidelines and to “come in tomorrow when my boss Ashley can answer your questions.” Well Ashley let’s SNAP IT UP and get the right intel to corporate so these tiny creatures at least can spin in peace.

Like most pet shops, care for small mammals is not meeting current standards. I tried to inform management that the wheels were half the size they needed to be for all the hamsters, causing pain and permanent back damage to those hamsters. The response was there’s nothing they could do and refused to direct me to a manager or someone who made decisions. The manager could have at least pretended to care. The cages, while small, had plenty of room to add appropriately sized wheels.

The rude teenagers that are working there on Sunday, May 28th decided to close down the self dog wash over an hour before close. I am sure they can’t be bothered to stay a minute past closing time to clean. If that service is not going to be available during regular business hours it should be posted as such. Will not patron this store again!

As with most PSP Stores, aisles are well lit, clean and wide enough for leashed pets to pass without crowding /unwanted interaction.The Staff at Ann Arbor-Plymouth Rd location are very friendly and they know the layout of their store rather well.I definitely recommend PSP for any of your pet (...and MOST of your service animal...) needs.

Nice locally owned pet store moderately priced I shop there frequently Lynn is great and keeps her employees on their toes I do Saltwater reefs and they don't carry much for that but I still by most of my foods there airline heaters etc usually stop in after work an I always say high or give a quick wave walking by. The staff are all polite an helpful Lynn responds personally to their shopping surveys an will special order things if she can

This is such a nice pet supply store in our neighborhood! We take both of our dogs there for grooming. Kelsey and Katherine are very knowledgeable and gentle with our dogs! Highly recommend!

Grooming services were great, and they were very kind. They deal with a lot of rude customers, and always approach them with respect even when the customer is disrespectful. Highly recommend if you want your dog to look its best, and to be treated fairly. Just show up on time for the appointment

They carry the cat litter I like at a great price (cheaper per pound than Amazon, even) and the service is great. They have a good price on Fromm's cat food too, with a really decent selection available. It's the only place in town that has all the brands of pet supplies I use in one place, which saves me a lot of hassle.They sell rabbits and other small pets and I enjoy going to look at them if I have time while I'm in the store. I have noticed that the cages/tanks are always clean, which I think is important.

I had a good experience with the people in the live birds section. For being employees (and most likely part-time) they were very intimate with the animals. They knew specifics and traits about individual animals and treated them all as if their own. I was pleasantly surprised.The prices on 'off the shelf merchandise' is higher than other pet stores I have been to.

This is one of the best Pet Supplies I have been to (and I've been to them all over the country).They have a top notch selection of frozen raw food. Stella, Instinct, and a few others. Goats milk in 4 or 5 flavors (plain, pink - berry, blue berry, greens - kale and stuff, and pumpkin spice ). Good selection of all the foods and treats you would expect. OK prices, not the best or worst, but I do shop there so they're reasonable imo.They DO have a pet self wash station that seems to be well kept. They have part time groomers. The groomers get training (I looked into it as a part time job) which is good. They have vet clinics on weekends and some week days.They carry decent selection of pricey CBD treats, and meds. They also have some exotic pets like birds, lizards and fish and they ferrets. The ferrets are neat.They do have a pet boutique section which is really cool and has some very high quality products....but, they are very, very expensive. $80 cat harness sweaters, $300 dog couch chase lounge, $500 cat hamster wheel thing? Yeah the stuff is nicer than my own furniture, but its hmm... its just not the same demographic as a pet boutique? Its an interesting concept, and like I say the products are NICE, but a $300 dog bed??? Lol.Good store, nice people, helpful, clean, its got the food, the treats, the leashes.... its a pet store!

We love Pets Plus! They have a great selection for dogs and cats - these are the pets we have. They also have a great selection for other small pets, a beautiful section of birds, some fish, and other items. They also carry clothing for dogs which I love...but our dog refuses to wear them. They offer a loyalty discount program.

Solomon the sales associate was very kind and knowledgeable. he helped me pick out grooming items and toys for both my cat and dog. definitely went above and beyond expectations when he offered to carry my cat litter to my car! those little things can really make someone's day and impression of the company bc clearly they have good hiring taste. thank you for making my experience easy and nice.

Everyone is always friendly, helpful in answering questions about specialty products, and assisting customers with heavy orders. They will help get your purchases out to your car, load them and are always so cheerful. I often purchase the fresh doggie treats/cookies as gifts for favorite dogs I know - they are always enjoyed. I have picked up very nice cat trees, feeding dishes, toys, and related supplies for my kitties. Pet Supplies Plus supports the Humane Society of Huron Valley -there’s a “wall” devoted to HV opposite the Cashier Stations - I have a couple of great tee shirt advocating adoption (of rescues). I enjoy this store very much!

I just had the most wonderful interaction with the cashier here.This kind lady gave my pug free cookies even though my pet is a spoiled brat and didn’t say thanks lol.Turns out the woman’s neighbor’s name is NiNi - which is my dog’s name too.She also helped save me from a cough attack by handing me cough drops and directing me to the drinking fountain.Seriously the kindest woman I’ve ever met. Thank you! Plus the floors were spotless. :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices and good sales comparable to Petsmart. They have DIAMOND dog food. One of the only pet stores in Ann Arbor that carry that premium grain free dog food.

Employees were extremely helpful, with a decent product selection, but the animals’ conditions were horrific. They don’t seem to take care of the fish at all. There is no substrate in any tank and most of their fish were extremely stressed and dying. They housed multiple incompatible species together and many of the tanks were disgusting. Their live cricket stock had a single live cricket. Reptile water dishes were completely dry. It was hard to look at.

Best pet store! Had an ice cream social for the dogs and ended up giving us each a giant bag of free stuff!! All of the staff are very nice and always give my pup a treat when we come in.
