I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy, thanks to the wonderful assistance from Subbayamma, the lady working there. She was incredibly nice and attentive, going out of her way to inform me about the savings and discounts available. Her efforts resulted in a significant discount for me, which I truly appreciated. The service was top-notch, and I left the pharmacy feeling very satisfied. I highly recommend this pharmacy and commend the staff for their excellent service!

Tried to refill my medications. The store doesn't care about anything. The app says they got my order, I get the confirmation emails but there's nothing ever filled or found when they look in their system. You get an attitude from all of the employees. If you don't care about your job and people then find another job. Don't make the rest of us suffer. I highly suggest kroger. Cheaper faster and 100% competent employees who are always kind and helpful even when they're busy

This is my favorite cvs! The employees are very nice and helpful. I have worked at almost all of the cvs in the area and this one is by far run the most professionally and cleanly. The pharmacy has been very kind in helping me with what ever I need and the manager is always a pleasure to work with. All of the negative reviews on here are old and mostly based on corporate problems which in no way reflect on the current state of this great cvs!

Used to be fine, but now is terrible. I've stopped receiving text updates on my medication and when I recently tried to refill a script I texted, called AND used their online portal to no avail. All I was told is that the request is "pending" for 10 days. Meanwhile I've run out of my important medication. O communication whatsoever. Switching to Kroger.

I absolutely love this location. The staff are friendly both at the front registers and at the pharmacy. I've even called a pharmacist to price check a prescription I had received from a different drug store and she was very receptive to giving me information. Although this is not the closest pharmacy for me, I will always return here because of the helpful employees. Beats any other drug store in Ann Arbor.

Pharmacists don’t have any responsibilities for the medicine. They don’t care what happens to the medicine. I have to find myself what happens to my medicine. I have lost all the trust today.

They have my wife's name in the computer twice. Once spelled right once spelled wrong. They keep putting her prescriptions on the wrong one. So the insurance is always wrong and I have to wait 20 minutes for them to change it over. They have told me for years they are going to remove the wrong account. Don't use CVS if you are in a hurry.

They don't check for insurance cover for prescription medication. You will end up paying full price for prescriptions that are covered by insurance. Terrible customer service.

I like CVS. I use CVS for most of my prescriptions as I have CVS Caremark coverage through my place of work. CVS Caremark however can go jump off a bridge. If you read the fine print, you must have your prescriptions filled in 90 day dosages or the insurance does not apply. I went 3 years with no one telling me this at the store and I had to run across it in the fine print by accident to find out. I had to tell my doctor to write the prescriptions in 90 day increments. Thankfully my stuff is not that expensive but it still adds up after 36 plus months. So yah, they get a 2 out 5.
