I appreciate Christina that works in this store. She is a treasure to be sure! She is always so informative, helpful, and innovative. Christina has wonderful customer service skills and will having me coming back often. The guys working there are pretty friendly too. They even went above n beyond to answer my questions when I went in to buy a brooder. Staff is also pretty good at greeting me and checking in on my need for assistance. The staff in general was also very helpful with my ridiculous kennel purchases. In-between helping me load it, deliver another part of it, and complete the purchase they are on my good side. ;) They will continue to get my business. Better pics to come when done with my project.

Small staffed team, very helpful if they are terribly busy. Would like to see a sales staff able to answer questions when shoppers are looking for items was asked once in 30 minute visit. Seeds are expensive, pet food and dog accessories are mid priced to very expensive yet quality made

Love the new layoutReally liked to shop in this place.They where finally getting some clothes in for women that are good. But, since the reconstruction they don't have any nice women's clothing 👎💩 I have to take away stars for this.Get back the nice women's clothing..When you find someone to help, they're helpful.

I ordered 2 swings online that my order got canceled for some reason. I reached out to the Alpena,MI store and spoke with Curtis (I believe that was his name) he was so thoughtful and understood my frustration. He searched around for me and found that the warehouse had some and told me that they would most likely be on the next truck. Really great store for hardware stuff. I always go there for my bird suet. One of a kind store for all kinds of farm and yard stuff. You ca get your early spring chicks and all the supplies here too. The workers here are very helpful especially if you are looking for something that is a special order.

I Believe that There Website is Awesome bc they give you a Map online that Actually shows were Merchandise is in the Store. Including the Exact Location and it Also tells you Witch Isle it in. Plus it it give you a Number Showing witch Place it's in!!!(Very Very Cool)!!!!!

I have always enjoyed shopping here. Went in yesterday and spent close to $200. There were about 35 shoppers and 2 clerks. Myself and an older couple were the only ones with masks on. I had to inform the cashier that I was just sending a friend off to his father's funeral from Covid before she pulled her mask up. The clerk that helped me put an object in my truck didn't have a mask in sight. What good are your signs about masks if no one inforces it? Michigan is under an executive order that masks must be worn.

Tractor supplies one of my favorite stores, although oftentimes they don't have the dog food that I use because it must fly right off the shelves when they get it in they need to order more of it but other than that everybody's helpful and nice. Love the Alpena store.

Ordered live bees , when order arrived bees were dead, refused the dead bees ,TSC will not issue a refund or exchange they claim we need pictures of the labels and box.There are other stores that sell the same line of mdse Such as Blains farm and fleet.I have been a customer of TSC for as long as they’ve been in existence but NOT ANYMORE!Stay away from this dishonest companyThey took our money and delivered nothing.
