Took my mom's boxer to them on a whim to get her nails done and there was no openings. As I also wanted a bath. But the at least trimmed her nails for me. And did a fine job in a very quick fashion. Making an appointment now :)

We used Muddy Paws Boarding for our 3 dogs over the July 4th holiday. Mike was the absolute nicest guy and took great care of our pups. From the minute we dropped off until we picked them up, we felt confident they were in good hands. I checked in with a few texts and Mike responded very quickly. The property is very well set up and peaceful away from any fireworks noises, which freak out dogs out. Great care and affordable accommodations will make us return visitors.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my cat in to have his claws trimmed. I also asked that they remove a few clumps of hair from his head. She asked if I wanted him to have a bath. I told her absolutely not, because he HATES water. I left him and returned a few minutes later (I had to refill my gas tank). She has him muzzled and spraying him with water in the sink. He's meowing loudly (he only does this while very distressed, he's not a very vocal cat in general). She has the audacity to say "He's enjoying it because it is warm". She literally ignored my wishes about giving him a bath. There was no ambiguity. Do not bring your pet here.

I am so happy with the way my dog was handled and groomed!! They do all the "normal" things that aren't "normal" other places...clean out the ears...shave the hair out of the pads....she looks beautiful!We will definitely go there from now on!

Muddy paws is always our go to spot for Grooming. Our Labradoodle always comes out looking great, no matter what style she gets. Everyone there is extremely friendly, not only to my wife and I, but also to our pup.

Wouldn’t leave any stars if I could. We used boarding service, so I cannot comment on grooming. We went to leave our 5 month old puppy overnight while we went out of town for our family Christmas. Communication was very short and stand off-ish. Told the owner when we would be there. Granted, we were a little after the time I had given, but no one was there. Someone pulled up finally and a kid came out. No greeting or anything. Literally said “I’ll take the dog”. No questions, no offering to show us the facility, just took our dog and her food and walked away. Place from the outside looked like a dump. We drove away (as we were late) and knew we had to make it back in time to pick her up the same day. Got there to pick her up, the same young man came out to grab her. We went to follow him inside and he shut the door behind him. We got our dog with no report (if she ate, peed recently, nothing). He told us $15 and my husband gave him $20 without the man offering change so we just left. Our dog smelled SO bad and she was soaking wet when we picked her up. She ran out of the place so fast. Needless to say, my husband and I feel terrible for leaving her. We will not use Muddy Paws for boarding again.

I love the people that work there. Because of extenuating circumstances my fur babies were areal mess this spring. They are miracle workers. When i went to pick them up they were adorable. Thank you so much. 💓🤗🙏❤😘🙏

I will state only the interaction exactly as it happened so you can judge for yourself. We called and got right in within a week. We brought our cat in to be groomed. We received a call within an hour from an employee who was quite annoyed and immediately told us that our cat was mean and that they couldn’t groom it. We showed up to find her on a table still leashed with her head tightly harnessed so that she was unable to move without choking her which I assume is normal if you are going to groom any animal. Not a problem. The problem was there were dogs on both sides of her being groomed and a dog running free around the room as well. Should my cat not be mean/stressed out/scared in this situation? Should we not take offense when someone calls up upset and tells us our animal is mean? Granted they were apologetic when we arrived, but that did not excuse the experience we went through. We appreciate their apology and that was of some consolation but I found out from a coworker that they brought their Newfoundland there and they were also told their dog was mean so it isn’t just cats. Our cat comes from a home with 3 young children and is extremely passive and loving and this did hurt my wife’s feelings. I support local businesses and I hope they are able to formulate a different strategy that is more caring and less stressful for the animals that they are entrusted to care for.

We have a huge long haired GSD. He was shedding like crazy. Had to vacuum 3x a day. He has had an ear infection so he hasn't been there in awhile. His nails were long. Took maybe 2 hours tops. Picked him up. Was clean and shiny! He loves going there.

It has been quite awhile since my dogs have been here, just getting around to leaving this review....smell was horrible, total chaos with animals running around free. Haircut was very basic like just shaved, never went back again. Never experienced anything like it at a groomers, especially other dogs running free should not happen ever. Not all dogs are comfortable around other animals

Oh how happy I am to have found Muddy Paws! My idiot pup tangled with a skunk Sunday night and the fabulous team were able to get Georgie in the very next morning. He's shiny, clean, nails trimmed and the skunk smell happily a distant memory.Thank you for working us in. I so appreciate it!

We took our brand new Sheep Dog puppy for her first trim and they were amazing. They did a perfect job and I could tell how much they cared about my dog. We wanted her groomed for her first trip to meet the family over Christmas and were very happy with the owner and staff. I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional caring place to take their loved ones:-)

Very unsatisfied with my last trip here. My 1 year old dachshund was put in a headlock while getting her nails trimmed and then muzzled (which she has never been before) after she yelped. She was never treated this way before when brought to get her nails trimmed here. I told the girl to stop and she replied that my dog was fine and I said no, to stop immediately, and left. This is no way for a 12 pound dachshund to be handled. Will be taking my business else where.

We have used Mrs. Michelle's business for a few different things. I have brought my dog to be boarded for a few days and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of land and set-up they have for the dogs. We have also taken my dog to get her nails done after the stay at home order eased up a bit. Her nails were very long and as a result she did bleed a bit from one nail (happens sometimes with long black nails). The staff member who did it though was very careful and quick to stop the bleeding. The most recent thing we used their service for was to take in an injured bird. I tried a wildlife place, DNR, and Animal Control to try to find help for it but nobody would deal with it and I was told to just let nature take its course because it wasn't a bird of prey. My daughter, 7, was very upset. Tweet-Tweet, as she affectionately named it was finally taken in by Mrs. Michelle and she said we could even call for updates on Tweet-Tweet's condition. Great people!

Let me start by saying my dog was a hand full. They put him in a headlock to cut his nails. I was not crazy about it but I'm not sure they could have got it done otherwise. I have never had anything else done there but his nails twice. I just can't do that to my dog again. People seemed nice, not very talkative ie friendly to humans but the dogs inside the swinging doors seemed to like there attention.

I have never been to there shop, I was almost run off the road by their van this evening!!!! It looked like the dark haired woman had a phone or maybe even a tablet about four inches from her face and was attempting to drive... She merged into oncoming lane, turned left onto the road I was on, cutting me off when entering into my lane near the intersection and then passed me about six inches from my bumper! I will never do business with this place.

Our dog stayed there for just a few hours, they met us at our car a took her to the kennel, but when we got there to pick her up no one was around it was at there house all the vehicles look like they were there. We went in to get her ourselves but didn't see here right away. These runs were in a basement of a old hay barn. I don't thick pens are sanitized in between dogs staying there. Thank god she was only there a couple hours, but she smelled so bad we took here to a doggie wash place to give her a bath. I would not recommend this place at all. So I called the number and his kid came up to get our dog but then could not find our leash as they were all in a heap. It was a mess of a place. We go out of there as fast as we could. Would not even give them one star but could not post otherewise. The pictures on website bright kennels are taken at site downtown, we were told to go to their house on Wegmeyer Road in an old barn. Very Stinky!

Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Got both my dogs in for a haircut the same day I called. However, the small shop had 5 or 6 dogs running loose. It was a little stressful for the dogs and my Bichon came home with a razor burn on his stomach that I am working on keeping him from licking and scratching right now.

My dog is a mix of a king Charles spaniel and miniature poodle. In the 10 years of grooming about every 4-6 weeks, this was my worst experience. We remained our dog temporarily to Trudy. I should have known by the stench when I walked in that i might not be happy.
