The best place in town to buy everything you need for your pets. Their staff is amazing the store is amazing they're very educated and I'm always happy when I go in there. and their own store mascots are always a joy!This store DOES allow you to bring your pets inside. There is usually two cats and sometimes a dog or two inside the store. So as long as your dog is pet friendly, bring them in. Who knows, you might even have your own pet featured on their Instagram Page!

Great place. Small, quality food. Owners being their digs to work and you always have a 2 and a four legged greeter. They work with local shelters and rescues and host adoptable animals (mostly cats) to give them exposure and help them get adopted. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner will even help carry heavy items to your car.

Bought a dog collar. It lasted 2 days before my dog broke the hook off. I took it back and was told no refunds it was damaged. Not even in store credit. Evidently they don't stand behind their products. Wont shop there again

Amazing Owner & Pet Supply Store! If Andrew does not have what you want in his store or need he will find the product and order it or point you in the direction where you can find it! So many varieties of products, food and toys even for our exotic animals! I LOVE THIS STORE!

It's a true surprise that there's a store of this quality in Alpena. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly, they truly care about any animal that walks through the doors. Owner is very hands on with the customer experience and willing to go above and beyond to ensure I get what I want when I need it. A hidden gem!!!

I can only give it 4 stars, not because I dislike the store, everyone was nice and helpful, it was clean and had everything you expect for traditional common pets! I have reptiles and the selection of supplies was really small, and did not have what I was looking for, as well as very overpriced superworms lol

Nice store. They were resetting the shelves but they were still very helpful and have a lot of pet supplies to choose from. Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

We were visiting the area and ran out of dog food. Small place, so I was very surprised by how well stocked they were. They had the special sweet potato food for our dog. Friendly staff helped us out!

Prices are to high from what I did look at(and I looked at more than just what I stopped for)Don't carry anything for exotic birds, and next to nothing for birds in general. Staff seemed preoccupied, but still friendly.

Does not stock Nutrisource Performance / rarely in stock. I ordered it on line from pet food station for a little more money. I will be ordering from pet food station in the future for ease of obtaining product.
