Purchased over $1,200 in 1 order. In the purchase was 2 pair of the most expensive lacrosse waders. 1 of the pairs has a hole on the inside apon receiving the order. I emailed the company and got no response.Terrible customer service!!

What a neat place! Saw the sign on the way into Alpena, made it back to the store before closing time (6pm most days), had a look around. Huge inventory! Very friendly staff gave me the Nickel tour. You must see the fur room. There is a window to watch the sewing machine being used.

I have spent thousands with F&T over the last 20 years. From traps to hound supplies. I even sent them business several times. I will no longer be doing business with them. I recently wanted to order 4 new tree tie leads. The total came to $50.40. Not a big deal. But shipping over $50 is $19.95. I called figuring surely they could work with me and do the $9.95 shipping. The guy that answered said there was no way to budge on this. This does not seem lime a good way to do business.

As a Wildlife Control Agent I go through a LOT of trapping supplies and equipment, F & T has never let me down. Even when placing very large orders it always ships lightening fast and more importantly it is always complete and correct! I have been dealing with these folks for about 10 years and highly recommend them. One more thing that may seem small to some but means a lot to me, is the personal, professional, courteous service where I am treated like a person, not an invoice number!

Today was my first time ever in F&T. Man what a great store. The selection is crazy, the prices are very competitive, and the gentleman that helped me out definitely knows his products. My gramps and I stopped into the store a few months ago and the gentleman working was very patient and kind. My gramps is nearly blind and very deaf. He answered all of our questions and got us the things we needed. We also shopped at the F&T booth that was set up at the NTA convention, the same man waited on us and helped my gramps find everything he needed. He also demonstrated how to set a round conibear trap for us so that we could see how to use the new traps we bought. Thank you for your patience and understanding while helping an old trapper find what he needed.

I was looking for a Body Grip Trap Safety Pin which is a very small tool, but it had to be shipped to Australia. Dealing with Casey from F & T has been great! Ordered a bunch of stuff from these guys. I finally received it 22 days later at my billing address - Not the shipping address that was listed in my order. This delayed me getting my order and forced me to stand in a line at the post office for 45 minutes to get it. When I called them back to explain their mistake the guy I spoke with didn't care and said that sending it to the wrong shipping address was acceptable. If this is how they treat their customers I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

All I can say is WOW!! I placed an order Aug 20 that included 100 trap tags. I put a note with my order to ship the tags separate from the rest of the order and to call me and I would pay for the separate shipping. They didn't call me but was I ever surprised to recieve my entire order including the trap tags on the 27th of Aug. The order was delivered to my home in Texas to boot. 4 days UPS.Service like that makes me wonder how othertrapping supply houses can stay in business.These guys rock. No reason to ever order from someone else

I came across this company while I was doing a search on Freedom Brand and once I discovered F&T, there was no turning back...The big thing I really liked was I wrote them and asked for a catalog, and they had one out in the mail to me in no time at all., as I like to read and hang on to these kinds of things.I've since placed orders for all kinds of things from books and video's to trapping kits to clothes to home decor, all kinds of neat things... and I have to say that the quality and service is absolutely outstanding, not too mention it feels like talking with old friends whenever I call up, which I know I'll be doing on a regular basis from here on in.Great People, Great Service, Great Products.... what more can I say !!
