Just got our Cub Cadet mower back from repair. We are so happy! Novak's was easy to work with & they exceeded our expectations! Not only did they fix the broken belt, they looked at the entire mower & did maintenance. They picked up & dropped off for a fee, ok by us! Couldn't be happier & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently acquired a dump trailer from Novak's Supply & Equipment, and am very satisfied with the overall transaction. The product is fantastic, and their customer service is even better. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Josh was very helpful on describing the differences between trailer types and specs. The team even got a mesh roll tarp for our trailer. The process of coordinating with the sales team went smoother and quicker than expected. Highly recommend finding your next purchase here!

I bought a trailer from these guys back in October 2018.I decided to meander in one day, not planing on buying a trailer that day... the sales reps were busy and this guy walks up and starts in on a conversation. You would’ve thought he was just another customer. Super cool guy. Turns out he was one of the yard workers and he was just making my wait less awkward. When one of the reps was available we talked trailers, decided on a “last years model” for $1300 off sticker price. The original guy I talked to was already out there inspecting, greasing, and checking all the bolts on my trailer. I met him in the yard and he went over the functions of my trailer (hydraulic tilt deck). Overall my experience was beyond satisfactory, great payment options, and a happy new customer. I wish I could remember the two gentleman’s names because you hardly ever get that kind of service at equipment and supply stores.

Parts department well stocked with commonly needed items, anything not in stock ordered promptly. Staff is very knowledgeable. I needed two new special order utility tractor tires replaced, they had them done the next day! Reasonable prices too.

great place to go if you like surprises. I had my mower picked up for repair, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, np, i figured it was the busy time of year. When I called to see how progress was, they said we are just wrapping up and it will be $784. When I said nobody called with an estimate or to get authorization they said, " I figured you wanted it fixed" When I said I don't have $784 he told me "put it on your credit card, I can take that right over the phone"Surprise!!! Oh yeah, they also don't tell you it's $125 for them to pick up and deliver.

My brand new tractor has been sitting outside their shop all summer. I get it back and find parts have not been installed properly, they have no care about customer service when it comes to Mahindra tractors. I think they need to stick with selling dirt and lawn mower blades. If I ever get my tractor back from them fixed I will be amazed. I called to talk to a manager and got the salesman who sold me the tractor pretending to be a general manager. If you buy anything from them hopefully you don’t need it serviced. I bought a tractor for them to work on(well at least look at).Like all reviews I will remove or edit this one if they ever make things right with me and if I ever get rid of the headache that they have caused me this year.Very expensive mistakeI would really like to speak with the owner of this company to let him know the whole story. I’m sure he would not be pleased either.It’s funny you bring up the overheating due to the fact that the first time that tractor was severely overheated was from your mechanics opening the valve to the rear hydraulic line which deadheaded the system. Your service manager Mike told me this over the phone. That he had turn that valve on for approximately 15 minutes which caused the loader valve body to get and I quote cherry hot to the point where he could not get his hands within 2 inches of the loader valve body. I was given the tractor back. After that is when I started having major trouble. And the troubles I have been having might be from the time your mechanic overheating my tractor. Because every time I had trouble with the tractor I would scan it with a thermal gun (180° to 190°) And was told that that is not a major overheating problem because while they did their testing they got the tractor up to right around 240°. (Seems hot)And the loaner tractor was given to me and I was Very appreciative for it, although I only had it for three weeks out of the 106 days my tractor was broke down. I did put a dent in the hood from a tree branch falling on it. And After talking to the salesman I agreed to swap out hoods with mine, Although the other dents and scratches that look like somebody through the hood on the ground and then played drums on it had not been there from when I used the tractor.I have got video and pictures of things that have been wrong with my tractor since getting it back from the shop. And all I wanted was to speak to someone other then the Mechanic who caused all this to happen.My tractor is still leaking oil from rear end but I can’t go another 3 months without a tractor.

Stopped in for parts to a chainsaw but took a good look at the store as I use Husqvarna chainsaws a lot and could use a local shop. The store seemed dirty and dusty (they sell aggregates as well, so maybe it's getting tracked in from the lot). It was also not laid out well - big space with products along the walls and nothing in the middle. The guys are the service counter directed me back to Parts, but weren't friendly.I found Parts to be very well stocked and the well-kept gentleman behind the counter quickly pulled up the manual for my saw to help identify the parts I needed. However, another young guy came out of the repair bay and leaned on the counter as if the two of them were up for a round of darts, at at that point the clerk assisting me clearly had a "finish up buying your stuff and get out" vibe. He hadn't been particularly interested in helping me before, but at that point I felt like I'd walked in as they were locking the door - at 2pm on a Friday. This wasn't a good experience.I've used Husqy saws my whole life, stayed loyal because they were what I first cut my teeth on when I started in the tree service, but if I can't find another local dealer I'd either shop online or switch brands. They had the parts I needed but I'm not inclined to go back.Bonus: There was dog poop on the front porch that I had to walk past to get in. Stay classy!

I bought a new Husqvarna chainsaw here, the first time i ran the saw with fresh fuel in a new 1 gallon can with the warranty extending two cycle oil, it wouldnt idle. The saw ran really well when throttled up. I took the saw in for service 'under warranty' and the desk guy tells me the fuel is bad and I owe him 60 bucks for the service. I asked how could fresh fuel in a new gas can with the special 2 cycle oil I bought from you be bad? the carb just needed a low idle adjustment! the setup was done incorrect by you! The gentleman at the counter proceeded to tell me the saw was cheap and they dont make any money on the saw, as if i should pay more to fix a new saw because he didnt make money on it. . . . . then dont sell it in your store! After 30 minutes of arguing, they cut the repair price in half. I still had to pay to fix a new saw under warranty that ran for a total of 10 minutes and wasnt set up properly from new! I will never buy anything from here again and will tell anyone I can, not to purchase through this company. Terrible customer service, unbelievable way to take care of people and thank them for buying from the small local business vs a chain store.

Excellent service if they dont have the part you need they work thier but off to get it for you if they cant they will tell you where you can . best parts store in the area. Also has great prices on all your landscaping needs . they have tractors all the implementation for them GREAT STORE!!!

Crushed limestone is terrible. Barely anything crushed about it. Mostly large boulders. I have bought crushed limestone from other sources, so I know what it should look like. Glad I bought only 2 tons. Will not be back.

Had my Ferris 1000z serviced here my only complaint is how long it took dropped it off on 3/20/19 and it wasn’t completed till 4/4/19 however it did require extensive repair to the frame and wheel motors the work was done correctly and I thought the price was fair the service guys were very polite and helpful I will definitely be back for any service needs they did have to special order parts witch could have been the cause for delay

Great place for parts and service as well as material (stone , topsoil,sand etc) I have a mahindra I purchased from them had a warranty issue and it was handled professionally and quickly had the tractor back in just a few days use them a lot and never had a bad experience
