I buy so much grain here and over last 3 months have gotten about 9 bad bags. Took a video and picture so my gf could show them and she brought the sku so they could pull it up and see it was just sold yesterday. I spend thousands here for our farm and they literally told me there’s nothing they can do and they won’t exchange it. The manager and employees treated my gf like she was trying to scam them when she tried to return it. I won’t be back unless they make this right. Never have complained before about the bad grain as we bought it on clearance but this was a full priced bag of tribute kalm n ez.

My wife and I bought a husqvarna lawn tractor 2018 we have 92 hours onit i changed my oil every 20hrs it had to last last fall September 2023 my wife was cutting grass every bolt on engine mounts to hold it on came out completely and broke exhaust pipes going to the motor I called them to try to get them to fix it they put it together I find out young guys don't use lock tight im pissed off don't recommend buying lawn mower or nothing the moters fall off I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TALKED TO JOE AND HE WAS REALLY RUDE TO ME THEY HAVE MY PARTS IN RICHMOND I TOLD HIM THAT ITS NEGLIGENCE OF WHOEVER PUT ENGINE ON LAWNTRACTER AND ONLY 3 MONTHS PAST WARRANTY AND YOU SHOULDN'T CHARGE ME FOR BOLTS COMING OUT OF ENGINE WIFE'S CUTTING GRASS AND JOE SAYS SORRY FOR YOUR LUCK BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY PARTS JOE SHOULD BE FIRED AT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE'S NOT A NICE PERSON AT ALL AND SHOULD HAVE FIRED IMMEDIATELY

I bought a brand new lawntracter husqvarna 2018 with 5 yrs extended warranty and every bolt fell out of the engine breaking exhaust pipes and my husband calls JOE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET THEM TO DO RIGHT JOE SAID HE WILL NOT DO US RIGHT SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK HES NO GOOD PERSON AT ALL DON'T BUY LAWNMOWERS AT ANY FAMILY FARM AND FLEET STORES PAID OVER 3400$ THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE JOE ESSENTIALLY

We come here frequently for a special order for the last few years. It's repeatedly messed up. A huge Hassel. And they even KNOW US because we order so much. they really need to work on it.EDITED: Instead of making this better. The newest manager yelled at 14 year old daughter. And when i contacted corporate regarding this, they didn't contact me back for weeks. And haven't returned phone calls. I will be contacting the kalambach company to let them know what kind of service they give.

Very nice experience. They had what I needed, happily loaded it into my vehicle. The cashier was a wonder and an absolute pleasure to talk with. The gentleman at the help desk was exactly what customers all want: helpful.This was a random stop on the way home from somewhere else, but I will gladly drive out of my way to go back.

Always good place, I bought almost $900 in fence posts and the cashier forgot to ask for my rewards number, also my fault so I had to return the posts and repurchase. Not a huge deal hopefully it clears on my card quick.

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and today was our 2nd visit to the store and we just love it here. They went out of their way to help me with my carriage delivery even though it wasn't purchased through their store and they didnt charge me a penny for their time and space. It was great chatting with the staff. They were so welcoming to my dog and kind to me while I worked to free the carriage from the pallet. They even helped me push it into my trailer. They were more accepting of me and my dog than some people in my own family would be so now I now refer to them as "Better than Family", Farm & Home 😄

Very nice and helpful! They let my girls hold the boxes while he filled them with the baby chicks we picked out. Another worker came over and let the girls pet one of the baby chicks. Super friendly!

Our rescue dog has got to be the pickiest eater ever. We finally found a wet dog food she likes but it’s always sold out. I called the store and Rebekah went out of her way to put in a special order for a case of it with her vendor and told me they’d contact me back with any information from the vendor about availability date. I may not have the food yet but THAT was great customer service. Thank you! I love shopping local!

The best prices on various feed. The only store that I could find that carries Tribute horse feed. Definitely worth the drive for this particular food. Clean and orderly store. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff a PLUS!

My Grandfather always said "Support your locals." This is especially true during these trying times. Family Farm & Home has a little bit of everything. They carry Duke Cannon products, which are well-made soaps and lip balms, and a portion of the proceeds benefits US Veterans. Also, they carry Amish baked goods, which are fresh and made locally. They have very good prices on name-brand clothing, too! I'll be doing my Christmas shopping here. Lots of practical gifts available!

They have a large inventory of feeds and meds for livestock. Good prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you want something that's not in stock they'll order out for you and call you as soon as it gets in.
