Amy and Amber have been working with all of my dogs for years. I would never trust anyone else to care for my pups. They send me updates and photos throughout the time that he is there and let’s me know he is in good hands. I have nothing but positive things to say about these ladies. I drive 30+ minutes to have them provide my pups with haircuts. I think that says something about their business!

called and left message. had to call back week later. was told she lost my number. told her I had a Bernese Mountain dog. Was told $60 for wash and nail trim. told her i call back to make appointment. now told that she doesnt do big dogs. she said i thought you said poodle. she could not recall the conversation i had with her 10 days ago. it should say on website that they only do small dogs.

I absolutely love her and so does my dog! It usually takes 3 adults to give her a bath and she screams and howls when she gets her nails clipped anywhere else, but here she runs right up to the door. Great for a last minute nail trim or bath and just the fact that my grumpy old dog loves her so much!

Amber and Amy have both been in the dog grooming industry for a long time now, both having plenty of experience with all different types of dogs. I have taken my fur baby there as well as my rested fur babies there multiple times and have never been disappointed- also always thrilled with the cute festive bandanas! I’ve never seen or heard of any bad things from this place! Love having them do my pups! Not to mention great prices and close to home. :)

We brought our elderly dog in for a grooming and Amy was incredibly kind and had us stay with her so our dog wasn’t overwhelmed. Very reasonably priced and friendly. Will definitely be bringing back our new puppy!

I have personally used this salon for many years , I also have great respect for what they do I own a business in the same town, so I know how it is to make sure that you give your best to the public and give the best service you can as a small business owner.I have read these *Fake reviews against them because of personal vendettas is beyond me. To take a personal attack against the lively hoods of a business is morally unacceptable. I hope whoever reads this review will know that this business is responsible, respectful, and have always take excellent care of my grooming needs.

They have always taken care of my two dogs with so much care! My Pomeranian will not go to anyone else but them, she’s very particular on her people! Always professional and sweet! Amy and Amber are the best at what they do!

She does great work when she doesn't call to cancel your appointment with some lie.For example tried to use the excuse her power is out but I drove by her shop to drop my kid at school and all power was on at her shop. When I text her about her shop being with power. She then said she got there and has a gas leak. All I ask for is respect and lies are a huge form of disrespect. Sounds to me like she wanted a longer labor day weekend

Amy is one of the most caring and efficient groomers I have had. I have had dogs who require grooming services for 25 years and Amy has been my groomer for the last 3 years. I have 2 dogs that require her services and she is amazing. She takes great care of my dogs and I have seen her treat all dogs with great care. When needed she takes safety precautions seriously. In the time my dogs have been with Amy and her staff I have been very pleased. My dogs visit Amy every month.

Courtney Roach Amy is a good friend of mine I have worked with Amy when she was at best for Breeds sometimes we have to use a muzzle on a dog to protect us and the dog. If we feel like a dog is gonna bite we play it safe. No matter the size of the dog we have to keep us safe and the dogs . Amy and her daughter and niece are amazing people. I have always like going to see Amy at pet salon in Almont . My dogs love going every time I walk In I feel like family. Thank you Amy and amber for doing such great work .

“Owners daughters boyfriend attacked my review on Facebook. They have their friends try and attack anyone who gives a bad review on a public platform. Instead of addressing their poor business issues.”Went there once when we first moved to the area with a scheduled appointment. I told them it was my first time. They don’t take credit cards( or at least didn’t at the time) but never mentioned that on the phone. The area where they groomed the dogs was dirty with the previous animals hair everywhere. They told me I HAD to muzzle my dog because I mentioned she was a rescue. I have had her groomed at other places where they did not require that so my dog is not used to a muzzle. My dog can be scared of new things a was not happy about a muzzle. When I was struggling to get it on the groomer asked me “what’s wrong with your dog?” I was so offended. There is nothing wrong with my dog she is a sweetheart and has never had to be muzzled. I immediately left and was bombarded with multiple piles of dog poop leaving through the back door. I will never go back. I understand some people who don’t know how to work with all types would require a muzzle on every dog.

I called to get a price for a dog bath for a larger dog. I was surprised how expensive it was! Ive never had a pet bathed/groomed before but our faucet broke in our bathrm where tub is so I thought this would be easier but turns out I can buy a new faucet for what a dog bath costs! The lady was very nice tho.

She always allows me to stay with my cat Luna. She is very reasonably priced and always provides wonderful services. I can't find any other pet groomer that is in my price range. She is very accommodating and always makes us feel special.

Terrible business, super unprofessional.Owned and ran by a bunch of alcoholics. You’re obviously drunk responding right now. Make sure you brush your teeth before you wake up with Chardonnay breath on your new man and he gags and leaves. Quit with the slander and the harassment honey boo boo.if you didn’t call his doctor with a bunch of lies— I wouldn’t be typing right now. You’re clinically insane and I honestly feel bad for you, I hope you get some real help

I have called during business hours and got no answer!! I called and left a message with my phone number and she didn't even call me back!! That is very poor business sense in my opinion!! I just want to make an appointment for my dog!!! But she can't even return her messages!!! Very bad business!!!!!
