I find it weird seeing reviews with bad customer service - I've been going here for a year plus now, and it's been great every time. Jars is great, yeah; but it also sucks driving all the way to Mount Pleasant, and or Edmore. At Fire Island the prices are fair, pretty much the same everywhere else. I can't speak for the flower, but the wax and edibles are always great!

We had Josh help us and he was excellent!! Explained everything to us and helped us decide on the products we purchased. Will definitely go again and ask for Josh. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!!

Nice small dispensary offering both medical and recreational Marijuana and edibles. Prices don't compare to others in the area and selection is somewhat limited, but overall good enough. They have helpful employees and weekly deals.

Great experience would go back. I believe i just got unlucky with my disposable vape. I opened my super lemon crush disposable vape from vapinape and it wasn't charged & it wont charge at all. Tried multiple different charges and nothing. Get 3 blinking lights and no lights when i have it plugged in. I don’t know what can be down but i just wanted to leave a comment regarding this experience.

This is the best store in Michigan! And Niles is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and helps me every single time I go in there. Everyone at the store is fantastic!

Very nice locally owned dispensary. These guys tried long and hard to get to the point they're at please go support them I've been there a few times myself they have great selection lots of merchandise to go with it and the bud tenders are fantastic. It's recreational only so you must be 21 or older and have your id readyI really enjoy it when Carol is at the front desk. If I walk in and see Carol it makes my whole day.

First time here and I used curbside. They were very professional and it took only minutes. Afterwards we went inside to check it out. Their setup and decor is pretty awesome and everything is easily viewable. 100% recommend!

What a great experience. Carol was my bud tender and was very nice and helpful. Up on returning to the facility she was the receptionist and welcomed us warmly and helped us check in with ease. She made our visit smooth and efficient. We will be back soon.

Nice selection but they need to sell there bulk in grams also they only sell 1/8 and up also they need a better new customer bonus they give you 10% off your first purchase which is ok but all the other places give ya like a free pre roll sometimes 2 free ones other then that it's a decent place the bud tenders were helpful and friendly

Bud Tenders dont communicate well, paid top shelf for a pre packed ounce, it had seeds and stems all in it. They then tried to bribe me to give a good review. Most of 4 and 5 stars are bribed reviews and should not be valid. Do yourself a favor and check out consume in Alma.

So today 11/10/2023 my wife and I drove 4 hours from Indiana and bought a home in twinning Michigan. And on our way back to Indiana we stopped into Fire Island and got to meet our bud tender Niles! This young man was an absolute breath of fresh air and sooo smart he is destined to do big things I can see it in him. Give this young man a raise as he has made this stressful time in our lives really enjoyable. We will always ask for NILES!!!!!!

Been coming here since the grand opening. They have best prices on Prerolls and vapes especially in this small area. Out of all the dispensaries I’ve tried fire island has THE best rewards program for customers in my opinion.
