Staff is always kind. I appreciate can talk dog in. We often go there to practice training. We have bought chicks there but most times only about 1/2 live. I appreciate the brand name clothes they carry but will only buy them at sale price. We recently bought a bunny there and they were helpful and honest. I would say good store & appreciate them in our community.

Friendly and helpful staff. They are willing to answer questions and will take their time with you. Clean store with lots of choices. We get our baby chicks here because they give them lots of space and we have had minimal issues with them.

Manger in st john Michigan lowered prices and charged full price. Ask her to give me the bounty she said I would not get that. Like it coming out of her pocket. She did not change the price. How many people did she get that day.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than a 1 ⭐️ the pubescent long-haired gasses wearing child service desk rider wearing just a black shirt was absolutely worthless. Bought a 126890 air chuck DBL HD W/ INR DUALS with a package 687768 MALEPLUG M STYLE 1/4IN. I had PTFE Thread tape with me. I asked the idiot if he had a wrench to snug it a little. So I can use the chuck to air up a dual in the parking lot. He tells me that he can't help because I can't take the tool out to the parking lot. Confused & pissed walked to the front door, stopping to grab a crescent wrench, giving the fitting a snug and letting the polite cashier know that the idiot with glasses and long hair is a wast of human flesh. So, I wish I had stopped at a TSC they would have been happy to help.

I love the way it's set up. Plenty of room to choose from the produce. It's all fresh looking the prices are very reasonable. I go there 3 to 5 times a summer and fall to get the best produce and my pumpkins. The ladies are so sweet and friendly.

Friendly service prices aren't so cheap. Very wide choice of thing's. Probably have what you need for basic farm home some auto and if they don't have it they'll probably order it for you.

Store has lots of inventory and good prices the outside yard is a joke though I've bought multiple things and they always struggle finding things or load the wrong stuff on even when you tell them it's wrong and have to unload and reload again. The employees that load me even said that it's a common issue everytime, they have electronic scanners inventory should update automatically, they just act like it's no big deal to load a similar product but major price differences it's never organized winter or summer just a mess! starting to think I might just have to go up the road to TSC

I was having a hard time finding a specific size and kind of boot. The manager went out of her way to get boots from another store and gave me the clearance price that didn't start for another week! I'm impressed. :)

Nice place to pick up all your yard work needs. They always have what I'm looking for. I'd give 5 stars but I feel like they are under staffed and I end up searching for what I need. When I have asked where something is the staff always knows. They seem to be very competitive in there prices.

I called the service center and spoke with Leroy who was very helpful and extremely informative.I brought my UTV into the service center to have it looks through before the warranty was. Brandon took great care of me and my UTV, very professional! There was a part that was taking a while to come from the manufacturer, but Brandon kept the whole thing transparent and excellent follow up would call and keep me posted what was going on.There was also a girl in the store who took great care of me, I wish I caught her name but she was very pleasant and friendly! They treat you very well and professional. I highly recommend this Farm and Family, great service and great people!!

Friendly staff, pretty good selection. Store feels a little old but that really doesnt matter when you need something they have in a hurry. My wife likes the clothing selection as well. They recently eliminated a tool brand to bring in more diverse selection. Always check for the clearance stuff too.

I would like to say thank you to the Alma store manager , to the mechanic shop manager , to the mechanic shop technicians , to the Corporate office and staff there also . I was treated with kindness , patience , understanding , and guaranteed satisfaction by all . They were extremely helpful . It was a pleasure working through my issue with zero agrivation on my part . Hopefully theirs also . I am completely satisfied with this company and will continue doing my business with them in the future . No matter what one buys , it is only as good as the people standing behind the sale making sure their customer base is happy and satisfied . Thank you all and God Bless each of you .

Great, go to store to pick up Items you may need here locally without having to go to Mt Pleasent. I recently purchased a trailer from them it was on sale plus they give me another 5% off for other minor blemishes. On the down side they couldn't locate the title but they're having a new one sent to me. Another slight delay but they were great in working with me. I would definitely do more shopping at this location

Store is decent. Not dirty but definitely a farm store! Prices on certain things continue to rise slowly so that's why I haven't given it 5 stars. Also their rewards system doesn't do what it supposed to I just get random $5 off every once in a awhile for random reasons, their rewards website isn't real clear about when you got your last reward i.e. enough points... Not a huge deal but I do think that part of their website needs help!

We went to buy a lawnmower they had on sale and when we got there they were out. Talked to Leroy the store manager and he helped us get a deal another lawnmower. He was very honest and straight forward with us. Very happy customers.

Service department is not good. Took my lawnmower in for a tune up and it was running just fine. Get it back and the inside of the mower deck was bent in so far the blades were hitting it. So i bent it back out, now if I run the mower for more than 10 min and shut it off to empty the grass clippings bag it won't start back up until it sits for a while to cool off. I dont know what they did to it, but it run 10x worse after they gave it a tune up
