This is like my favorite store. I need to go there at least 2 times a week for animal feed. The staff are friendly and helpful . . . In fact, one young man went into the back storage and found another bag of horse feed for me. So kind! Prices are fair and there's a store near my home. Perfect!

The staff is incredible! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Cindy was especially helpful, finding my cane that I lost until I could come to retrieve it. Also very good at knowing the merchandise, and the best buys for customers. Definitely a great place to shop.

We had to order Tim's jeans because they don't carry the rugged ones he likes. Lexi put in a special order for us a couple of weeks ago. We were able to pick them up today. They went out of their way to get him the Wrangler Riggs Workwear that hold up better than most pairs of jeans.

The only farm store I can take my dog in with me besides a pet store.Prices are definitely comparable in price than local stores such as dog treats and bird seed.Staff is always super friendly.

The shipping & receiving door has no buzzer, I’m knocking the doors for a while but no one is there for open the door..! Please install a buzzer it would help & save lots of time of the customers.

We just picked up 6 baby chicks! They have an excellent variety of pullets. The birds are healthy and happy. Employees were kind and helpful.There are a lot of good things packed into this small store. They always have a nice selection of clothing, both for work and casual.Family Farm and Home is a real place to shop for your farm, homestead, yard, equipment, and outdoor needs.

A very good thing about Family Farm and Home is there community outreach for 4-H and other worthwhile causes. They're a Dependable store meaning you can find what you're looking for when you go there and the pricing is more than competitive.

went today (01/10/2023)to get Duck feed. 2 males and 1 female standing by back desk and I Brough up a heavy bag of corn by back desk, was told that wasn't good for ducks. One guy said get the cracked corn, so I had to pick that bag back up and take it back. NOT one of them (they were all standing around talking not busy) offered to help me. Will not go back to get my feed or anything else. The cashier was was very nice and apologetic for the not helpful employees. I told her about it and walked out without anything.

We will often stop by to see the chick's and grab stuff for my husband's service truck. We get his work boots from here. The staff has been kind and inviting every visit and happy to help.

One of the people that wrote a review of this store stated “A little of everything.” That is somewhat correct. They have a little of SOME things. My latest experiences there involved plumbing. All were the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a hardware store. They do not have many fittings at all. And they do not even carry multiple sizes. Another customer who happened to be looking for fittings was as frustrated as I was. He couldn’t believe they didn’t have the most common fittings. We both left very disappointed. They have some poly fittings for an underground sprinkler system, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CLAMPS TO SECURE THEM!!! This place is a joke. And why the hell are they trying to sell me M&M’s and candy at the checkout?! “Would you like and candy?” What? Am I five? This whole place frustrates me. The people are nice enough, but the store itself sucks. Once again, if you need anything for plumbing, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! You will only leave disappointed and frustrated.

As most already know this is not a full on hardware store, nut in a pinch MOST of the time you can find what you need for general electrical, plumbing and hardware issues.However, when it comes to pets, animals, and lawn & garden options they are great and I can almost always find what I need.While I have always had a positive experience with the floor and point of sale staff, let's just say that the aging male management contingent could use A LOT of refinement. Maybe a course in people skills (courtesy... kindness...helpfulness...concern), as well as learning a customer service mentality. When I have worked in retail the managers were the ones who were always demonstrating to their staff how these things were executed...on the contrary, this guy needs to take notes from his employees.

Love this place. My daughter gets a kick out of the baby chicks and ducks. Like other supply stores when it comes to the bacis but with a hometown feel and what it seems like to me, more specialty items than competition. They have category 1 tractor implements and lawn and garden dump trailers as well. Very friendly staff as well. Thank you.

I always find what I need for our equines, our little ranch and for us. They have a great selection of horse food so we can get what we need for our elderly horse and for our young mule and pony. Love it! I shop there more often than I do the grocery stop! 😊

While the store is very nice, clean and organized, the initial greeting and assistance from cashiers was somewhat rude and condescending. I asked if they had a specific item, and was told yes. The cashier was not helping any other customers...instead chatting with another employee. I figured she wasn't going to tell me 'where' in the store the item was, so I went down every single aisle. Not seeing it, I went back to the front to ask where to look, and there was the item right there next to cashiers area. I said "That's what I have been looking for" to the cashier. Her reply, "Well, you walked right past it". She was right! AND, she knew this after I asked if they had item in stock. She watched me walk towards the aisles......and then, watched me walk out of the store. I was dumbfounded, and decided not to purchase item there, and drove down to Meijers to purchase instead.

Great store for all your pet and farming needs. Friendly customer service. Just picked up everything we needed to get started with our baby chicks. Got all our fencing supplies in the past. Usually get our dog food here. Sometimes just stop in to wander and see what is new.

Gigi,, our bridal coordinator, was fantastic. She wir9ked tirelessly to help my granddaughter find the8 right dress. The selection of dresses and sizes is amazing. If I were looking for a dress, this would be my first stop.

Open all week, had all sorts of feeds for your farm to your dog. Dogs are allowed inside! Has anything you need for a home project, or just some good outdoor work cloths. Great staff, lots of knowledge and very friendly.

Brought our Great Dane, Arlo in for a quick shopping trip. Very family and pet friendly. Items can be a bit pricey but they do have discounts and sale prices on certain items.
