I'm incredibly biased as I love Culver's, but this has been one of the best locations I've ever been to. I don't think they've ever messed up an order since I've been going there. The staff is always polite and seem to enjoy working there.Parking: Parking in the lot by the restaurant can get cramped especially when the drive-thru is backed up, but the lot next to it is very open and less troublesome to park. If you can handle walking the extra 100 feet, it's worth it to avoid dealing with the smaller lot surrounding the restaurant.

I usually use the drive thru but tonight I went inside to order dinner. I walked in (the only customer up front to order) and stood near the counter not sure which register they wanted me at. I noticed many employees and they just ignored me. Finally a kid went to a register, put both hands on the counter, opened his eye real wide and just stared at me. Not a single word came out of his mouth and that is no exaggeration. I ordered my food and he turned around and started joking with coworkers. Awful customer service.

Weird to rate a restaurant like a other but my trip here felt like Chick-fil-A. Long line handle really well and got my food much faster than expected. Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant and made the experience better. Ordered a butter burger and a concrete ice cream mixer. Both were good!

I went here around 2:00 P.M. today, and after i ate and got home, i noticed i was starting to feel kind of sick. I took a nap directly after, and i woke up from my nap, went to the bathroom, and proceeded to projectile vomit 6 times. Very disappointing because they market on making food fresh for customers, and i contracted food poisoning from it. ON TOP of that, the staff working the register was far less than pleasant. Very dissatisfied.

Order a double scoop of a flavor of the day through the drive thru. They gave me the same amount as a one scoop. Asked the guy if it was a double and he insured me that it was.. When I’ve had doubles before a got way more.

I always have gone through the drive through and had nothing but a pleasant experience with them. The food is always fresh and good. My order is never wrong even when it gets busy. Staff are adorable, and always in good spirits.

Had a not so pleasant experience and I asked to speak with the owner. They told me he/she would call me back. I left 4 messages and an email and no one called back. This is a good indication of the level of customer service they provide. It starts at the top and when the top doesn't care, neither will the rest of the crew.Perfect example as to the lack of urgency when it comes to customer service is the reply I received. A canned reply! They had 4 of my messages. Someone could have called me back.

So nice to be greeted by friendly voices when we walked in. It is so nice to feel like things are somewhat "normal". And everyone there makes it feel that way. Our order was delivered to our table quickly & shortly a hostess stopped by to see if every thing was as ordered & tasted good. A shout out to the shift manager ( I assumed) even thanked us for dining in with them.Go team Go !!!

Stopped in for late lunch. It was really busy and the food took forever. The pretzel bites were not good and the cheese saucy with them was disgusting. Good selection on the soda. Nice to have outdoor seating and plenty of parking. The Butter Burgers are on point, always good! The staff is friendly and they ALWAYS greet you. This place makes you feel like you were gifted your food, opposed to having it chucked at you like you were in the way. I reccomend it even if you see a line in drive thru, they get the food out pronto! Hands down, you get the dine in experience and professionalism that rivals Main St Pub!

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The girl behind the register was so helpful as I was not that familiar with the menu. She had good suggestions and asked if I wanted my fries extra crispy. Yes! They were so hot and the mushroom burger was excellent. Drew the manager was also very friendly. The restaurant was very clean.
